The condo had very nice furnishings, beds, and kitchen items. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. We enjoyed the pool and liked the direct access to walk on the beach. Great location where it was not too busy but easy to get to shops, restaurants and other activities.

Lovely renovations / updating within the condo, all kitchen, bedding, paper supplies, and Beach needs accounted for, which isn't always the case. Would have preferred not to have to strip the beds, but that is not so unusual. Outstanding responsiveness from the owner. Funny aside, but much appreciated: fastest elevator at any rental or hotel at which we've ever stayed. Great location if you want a beach stay only an hour from Orlando.

Perfect Beach Vacay

Beautifully decorated unit and a great, secure condo complex. Loaded with all the amenities needed and directly located on the no-drive beach and very close to a variety of great restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

Best Vacation Rental

This property is everything you could ask for - clean, well furnished, paper products, large selection of pots/pans, and a view to die for. Just bring your clothes and you will be all set. The pictures are accurate, Zachary the host is very attentive, and Ebb Tide is well maintained. Whether you stay a month (as we did) or just a week or two, you will have no complaints.

Amazing stay

Condo is absolutely beautiful and super clean. Views from balcony are amazing and we all spent time just viewing the ocean, especially my elderly Mom. We had a wonderful vacation and will hopefully stay here again soon!

New Smyrna Beach has been special to us for as long as we can remember. Both of us spent years vacationing here long before we ever met, drawn to the same things that bring guests back again and again — the relaxed pace, the beautiful no-drive beach, and the simple joy of life by the ocean.

We love the easy, laid-back beach lifestyle and created this condo as a place where guests can experience that same feeling — comfortable, uncluttered, and stress-free. Our goal is to make your stay simple and seamless, with everything you need for a true home-away-from-home experience.

We take pride in maintaining the condo, paying attention to the details, and being responsive hosts. Whether it’s your first visit to New Smyrna Beach or a place you return to year after year like we do, we hope you feel right at home and leave already planning your next stay.

After years of visiting/searching for listings, I was beginning to lose hope in finding our perfect beach home. It was not until we saw the beautiful unit at Ebb Tide that we were instantly blown away, we knew this was going to be the one.

Since we were kids, it has been our dream to have a place in New Smyrna.  We grew up coming here every summer far before we ever met one another. It is great to have a place to call our own!
