This light and airy space with all the modern conveniences is just a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to world class golfing, surfing, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, convention center, and so much more. Located near a beach that I dream about often! I'm so happy to share this place with others.

It has a modern kitchen with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee, full set of cookware and bakeware, and so much more. The basic cooking necessities. Also provided are outdoor plates and cups to use on the patio so you can enjoy a great meal alfresco.

The property has UHD 4K smart TVs in the living room, each bedroom, and the patio, with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and Disney+ streaming services. It also has a WIFI system throughout the home.

Downstairs features a living room with a sleeper sofa, 55" television, and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen has a breakfast bar beside the dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent is provided free of charge). An iron and ironing board are also available.

Head upstairs and you'll find three bedrooms with bamboo floors. The front bedroom features a queen bed with attached balcony (great place to have coffee in the mornings). The middle bedroom also has a queen bed. Just outside these bedrooms is a common bathroom with a jetted tub to lounge in. The master bedroom features a king bed with it's own master bath featuring a tub and shower with rainfall showerhead.

Head to the private backyard where you'll find a great area for relaxing and dining in the covered open air patio. And what's a backyard without a gas BBQ. You'll also find a gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs where you can roast hot dogs and marshmallows.

Enjoy a day at the beach with the provided bikes, chairs, toys, umbrella, beach towels and wagon.

We have an outdoor shower on the side of the house so upon your return from the beach you'll be able to rinse off the sand and feel more comfortable before entering the house for a relaxing evening.

There are many great restaurants and bars close by, the area has a free Beach Buggy transport service to take you to the local it downtown bars and restaurants. You can download the app and order a free ride.

Disclosure: There is one security camera facing the front common area (the area that can be seen from the street).

Regarding weather, unless the National Weather Service has issued a mandatory evacuation for our area refunds will follow our cancellation policy. We highly recommend that you purchase cancel for any reason trip insurance to best protect your nonrefundable trip expenses.

Super cute property close to the beach

Super cute property with lots of extras to make the stay perfect. The s’mores, outside games, and shower were the highlight of our nights.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay here. We especially loved our outdoor, covered space to hangout at night. Firepit was cool too since the temperature dropped the 2 nights we were in town.

Enjoyable place to stay

Great location, BEAUTIFUL backyard oasis! Very nicely decorated, beautifully tiled bathrooms and very clean upstairs. Downstairs needed some vacuuming and the outdoor furniture could use some cleaning. But all in was a wonderful stay. Would stay again.

Seventh Seas is a Jax Beach Gem!

We had a lovely stay at the Seventh Seas for Easter/Spring Break. The location is key and the home is very accommodating. The outdoor living space and backyard were our favorite. We are grateful for all the memories we made during our week stay. We would highly recommend the Seventh Seas! Thank you for a great time.

Not what we expected…

This property was not what we expected. The listing made it seem perfect for our family, but it was not clean at all. There were piles of trash in the side yard, and a used toothbrush was sitting outside the front door. Upon entering the townhome, we found the kitchen unusable—the electric stovetop was completely smashed. Nothing appeared to have been wiped down or sanitized. The rugs throughout the unit were stained and covered with globs of hair. I’m not sure this property has ever been dusted.As we continued through the home, we noticed the furniture was stained, and each bed had only a thin quilt and a fitted sheet. One of the quilts even had blood stains—completely disgusting. The bath towels had large stains as well. This house appeared to be used as a party rental and was not a family-friendly vacation property. We will not be returning renters.

Cute, but…

At a glance, this small townhouse looks adorable, but it was filthy. Not only had this property not been cleaned for our stay (our cleaning was refunded), but clearly the cleaning has been lacking for some time. I spent the first few days cleaning myself. The owner was contacted immediately and the property manager was sent out to do a minimum clean. Way too much time spent making this unit clean enough to feel comfortable staying here. Also, the outdoor cushions were so dirty, after complaining, they came and took the cushion off to be washed and put back. The outdoor space was so dirty and the landscape maintenance was sorely lacking. This property has so much potential, but clearly better managing is needed.

Past Its Prime

We had a very unfortunate experience staying at this property. The cleaning between rentals was abandoned without being complete. We were welcomed at 10:30 p.m. with a toilet brush in the toilet and a bathroom in disarray, someone elses dirty dishes in the sink, clean dishes in the dishwasher (to put away), towels in the dryer (to fold and put away), sheets in the washer (...), dirty floors, a lack of supplies and filthy outdoor spaces (patio, yard and balcony). The outdoor spaces clearly had not been blown or wiped down for a period of time. We couldn't sit on outdoor furniture without sitting on towels. The owner responded to my initial concern by acknowledging that the prior renter had a dog that shed considerably and the cleaners left not knowing when I would arrive. (No one contacted me to ask.) Beyond that, the owner didn't respond to my emails. The online pictures are certianly cute but do not reflect reality. The indoor desk cannot be used (hangs at an angle/unsteady, there is garbage piled near the fence to the backyard, the outdoor furniture has not weared well (one chair broke upon use), and no, we were not offered s'mores. We frequently travel and almost always have a wonderful experience. In this case, the lack of responsiveness was very disappointing and took away from the entire experience.

Home for the Holidays

Our daughter lives in Atlantic Beach but didn’t have room to house all of us for a few days at Christmas so we rented this home not too far away from her home. It was perfect for our group since we required 3 bedrooms and it was nice that it also offered 3 full bathrooms so each couple could have their own spaces and privacy. The main floor was the hub of the house for us offering a well stocked and supplied kitchen, a nice dining area and a comfortable living room with a fireplace for some added holiday ambiance. Due to the fact that our visit was in December and the area was experiencing some of the coldest weather in years, we did not spend much time outside on the lovely covered patio that was furnished with a welcoming seating group, dining table/chairs, and a TV. Also there was a nice fire pit available for us to use and as a welcome gift, the hosts provided us with all the makings for S’mores! Thank you & a nice touch! The lush and well landscaped back yard is fully fenced in for privacy and is perfect if you have dogs with you. We had 2 dogs with us and it was great to have them outside a lot of the time yet secured and well contained. Even though it was quite cold, we went down to the beach for a couple of walks while we were there. It is a fairly easy and quick walk from this home to the beach, as well as dining, stores and other activities. We would highly recommend this home and location and would definitely return again based on the great experience we had for the 6 nights we stayed there.

This place has potential IF cleaned and increase property maintenance & management.

I rented this home for a week, traveling with adult children and an 18 month old. There are some very strong points about this home, as well as some areas that require owners attention with respect to detail, management, and maintenance updates. The strong points of this home are the backyard, the overall layout of rooms with bedrooms on the second floor, and walking distance to the beach. Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet at night. Additionally, in speaking with the neighbors, they were very nice and friendly. However, this home was not properly cleaned. I received notification from the owner 20 minutes before we were to check in that cleaning people had not even yet arrive and “were running late”. In retrospect, it is very apparent that they did a very quick and poor cleaning job. I.e We found dirty linens in the closet, dishes were grimy, and the backyard appeared to have no clean up finding ashes, cigarette butts all over, and filth in the backyard garden beds. The big selling point of this home apparently is the fire pit in the backyard. HOWEVER, it was broken and did not operate. Additionally, there was no propane for the grill as well. In reaching out to the owner - no one EVER got back to me. This was a huge disappointment and red flag in renting any home. At one point during our stay, when the landscaper was there, we lost all water supply to the home. Fortunately, the landscaper was very helpful and instrumental in getting the water turned back on. Despite many small items not being up to par, we still had a good time in this home and in the area. I would want to encourage the owner to pay more attention to details, cleaning, and regular maintenance updates. Kathy Clarke

The pictures don’t really really do the place justice! It is absolutely beautiful and offers so much more than a typical hotel/condo. My family had a wonderful time. We highly recommend Seventh Seas as a perfect place to anyone planning a trip to Jax beach !!

Great Place!

Let me say that I would give more stars for accuracy of listing and location. House is exactly as described. The outside area is beautiful. The location - less than five minutes from everything (beach, restaurants, grocery). The house was clean but could have been cleaner in certain areas.

Close to Mayo and Beach

Beautiful property, You can see that the owners put in time to make it a home away from home with little touches. Was a welcome starting point for recovery from surgery at the Mayo clinic. The hospital is located nearby as is the beach. The neighborhood was also quiet which was nice. I wish I was able to take advantage of the fire pit or the outdoor area but I was there for a medical reason. Anyone would enjoy this house it is family friendly.

Christmas Family Reunion

This was perfect for our family reunion. All of us came from out of town and the extra amenities made it easy and fun. The beach is a four block walk and there is a great park only two blocks away which we went to daily. The back area is a little oasis that is fully fenced in, which may it safe for the dog and the little ones to play out back. The grille along with the kitchen appliances made it convenient for cooking our meals. The owners left little things to make it feel more like home, like extra blankets, pillows, tissues, spices, and aluminum foil. The owners were also very quick to respond when we ran out of propane and replaced it even though it was Christmas Eve. I highly recommend for travels with friends or family.
