Well stocked kitchen with ALL NEW EVERYTHING = making it perfect for entertaining your family! ALSO, all Ga / Fla inquiries please note: we only allow bookings for parents traveling with their college & college age kids!

If you don’t see your desired dates, please feel free to send an inquiry and ask. We do a lot of off platform direct bookings so it’s possible it didn’t update!

This fabulous home has a FANTASTIC location and nestled right into the very heart on the South-end of the island!
That = easy walk to Shopping + Dining + Wine Bars, and only 1.5 miles to East Beach!

The home boasts 4 Bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, and a FABULOUS private screened in back porch you will NOT want to leave! Don’t take my word for it - check the reviews:) Every room in the home is equipped with a Smart TV.

The house is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The kitchen had all of what we needed and we cooked in a lot. The beds were super comfortable and we loved having a fan in each room. We were at the house during a very hot week and the air conditioning up and downstairs worked wonderfully. The back porch is a great space. We had 9 people, including two elementary aged children and we had plenty of space. The next door neighbors are super nice.

Excellent Experience

This location and property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 8 people total and there was plenty of room for us all to be comfortable and find our own space when needed! The outdoor porch area was a popular place for us to begin and end our days. Location was perfect as it was close to several great restaurants and easy access to get to East Beach or the Pier within minutes. Tiffani was so easy to work with and communication prior and during the stay was exceptional. She was willing to help answer questions and make recommendations. Loved your time on SSI and would stay here again in the future.

Great Stay

This house has so much charm. We had a great stay here. The screened in porch was our favorite spot. Spent so much time out there. Tiffany was a great hostess with extra touches that made us feel so welcomed. She was a great communicator, and made every part of our stay so enjoyable! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Celebrating Family

Our family of 12, plus our fur-baby, had a great time in Saint Simons. The house fit our needs perfectly. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds are super comfy. There was always hot water, no matter how many were showering. The outside shower was awesome as well, the perfect place for teen boys to shower when coming in from the beach. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch just talking, eating, & playing games. The location is nice as well, the beach, restaurants, town are all close. Do take advantage of the golf cart, we used it all the time. I can’t think of anything I could change about this place. We loved every minute of our stay. It’s perfect for large families.

Great Thanksgiving Gathering

We throughly enjoyed staying at this clean, family friendly house for our family holiday trip. The owners were super easy to work with and very accommodating to making sure our stay was perfect! They were quick to respond to any requests or questions we had before and during our stay. The fire pit in the back yard with wood provided was a fun addition for gathering and connecting. The beds and linens were comfortable and the owners provided a lot if extra amenities than typical of other homes on Vrbo. We would def stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

We loved this house and location and hope to stay again. We stayed for part of the Thanksgiving holiday and even the owners had the house decorated for Christmas with a Christmas tree which we loved! The back porch is amazing and the basement was awesome for all our teenagers. We enjoyed being able to bring our golf cart and ride everywhere we wanted to go including the awesome bbq place! Also, we are thankful that we were able to park our golf cart in the spare garage area.

Perfect Weekend Retreat

Tiffani made everything so easy- from checking in until checking out. She answered our questions and accommodated our needs. The house was absolutely perfect and spacious for our ladies retreat weekend and was in close proximity to everything. We will be staying again!

Great location for family fun!

Our party was a Girl Scout troop that consisted of 3 adults and 9 teenagers ages 13-18. There was plenty of room in the house, plenty of bathrooms for everyone, plenty of everything! The kitchen had all the comforts of home so no need to bring anything other than food. Having the bikes and golf cart at our disposal made the trip planning much easier for the adults. Close to the beach and shops. The hosts were a pleasure - very responsive and addressed any questions promptly. Everyone had a good time and were planning our next trip before we left!

ABOVE AND BEYOND

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Saint Simons Heights. We were in town for a family wedding needing a home to sleep 13. This home accommodated each and every one of our needs and met our highest expectations. Ages 4 to 81 were made to feel right at home. The location can’t be beat. A simple bike ride or golf cart trip and you are minutes away from the absolute best coffee and the finest southern BBQ! The road has very little traffic making it a wonderful location for children.The screened in back porch was heavenly. We spent many quality hours out there. Whether having a grandchildren’s dance party, a gourmet dinner, or morning bible study, trust me, you will not want to leave the big, beautiful, private back porch! This home has everything you will possibly need while visiting the beach. They absolutely have thought of everything. Tiffany is a true blessing of a host willing to go above and beyond to make your stay the absolute best while visiting the Island. Do yourself a favor, stay HERE!

Perfect in every way!

We had fantastic stay! The location was perfect, the house was clean, comfortable, the beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home. Nice fenced yard and very dog friendly. We would definitely rent this property again! Great space downstairs for kids. The host was extremely nice, very responsive, and easy to communicate with. All around great experience!

Great time!

Tiffani, It has been such a joy working with you! We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was great and very homey and comfortable. Everyone especially loved the screened in porch. It was just lovely and very relaxing. We did a lot of cooking and had any utensil we needed for meals and even made a Georgia peach cobbler! Lots of little extras were provided that we may not have remembered to bring. The neighborhood is nice and we were able to walk with the kids. My boys really enjoyed the golf cart and used it to enjoy some family time with their families. Thank you , Tiffany, for your kindness and your willingness to share your home with us and enabling our family to spend some much needed time together? We had a wonderful time! !

Lovely, spacious, convenient shopping

Owners are easy to work with. House has everything you need. Unfortunately, because of the heat, could only use the lovely screened porch early morning and night, and finally used back yard and seating area one night. Only downfall, as you drive up you see next door driveway and yard filled with junk. Hopefully it's temporary. But the neighbor was friendly.

Perfect

I can’t say enough about our stay here! We had a much needed vacation, and we couldn’t love this house more. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked…. Much more than the usual! I felt right at home as soon as I walked in the door. This home is conveniently located to everything…restaurants, beach, shopping, etc. Kraig and Tiffani are great to work with! I’d give 10 stars if I could, and we’ll definitely be back!

Family Getaway!

Very clean, newly updated everything, easy access to EVERYTHIING, and the home was so full of extras. The house was completely stocked. The kids loved roasting marshmallows and making s'mores around the fire in the backyard. Lovely people to rent from too. Our family will definitely be back. It was home away from home.

Best part of our vacation!!!

Perfect location, and CLEAN! Everything was as described. We walked to so many great restaurants where we watch some great games, had great food, and many boutiques / shopping for the girls. We especially loved the fire pit area and the many bikes they provided, too. Working with Tiffani and her husband were just an bonus. Thank you both. Will definitely be back!

Should Be SIX Stars

We had a great time during our vacation on St. Simons Island and one of the main reasons was knowing we had a comfortable, private, and conveniently located "home" for the long weekend! The house was exactly as described (if not better) and was super clean and well stocked with linens, toiletries, kitchen things, etc. We had lots of questions before arriving (it was our first time vacationing here) but the owners, Tiffani and Kraig, went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered, and very quickly, too! We were able to walk to many of the restaurants and shops that we went to, we even had some of our friends that live there over to grill and have a night out by the fire pit in the back yard! They also have several bicycles at the house that we used, which saved us SEVERAL hundred dollars by not having to rent bikes for a family of 8! The kids have already been asking when we are going back, and we can't wait either! Thanks again Tiffani and Kraig!!!

Perfect getaway

Everything as described. Very clean, perfect location, and the owners were so great to work with! It was well stocked with even more than in description. Coffees and special creamers, zip lock bags for lunches to the beach, Solo cups and paper plates and more. Just little things you don’t think about bringing. Helped this already tired and weary mom more than you know. Would absolutely stay again! The location is perfect and within walking distance of the best coffee, donuts and Thai on the island!

Fabulous Stay!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Clean, cozy, and VERY well stocked. So close to everything, yet without annoying traffic. It’s now on our favorites list for sure! The bonus was Kraig and Tiffani were amazing to work with. Cant wait to see all of their even newer additions for next year!

Great place for long weekend

The hosts for this property are just the best. We had a lot of questions, they answered very quickly and could t have been more hospitable. This is a very well kept house, clean and so cute!! You can tell they love it and take good care of it. Would certainly stay again and again.
