Summary:
Beautifully updated and cozy North Conway retreat. This multilevel condo is located in meticulously maintained Kearsarge Woods, right down the street from Cranmore Mountain Resort. Hike, ski, and snowshoe the MWV Trails which has direct access from the condo complex! Walk to North Conway Village and enjoy all the fun activities, shopping, and dining!

The Neighborhood:
Kearsarge Woods is a beautifully hidden gem of a neighborhood located across from Cranmore Mountain Resort! Complete with a tennis court and a newly refinished pool, this association is immaculately maintained and landscaped. New, tasteful LED lighting gently illuminates the main parking areas, pool deck, and new dumpster facility.

Family Getaway

Great property, very nicely decorated and clean. Also in a fantastic location. Close to everything. We loved walking in town to shop, dine or early morning coffee at the MET. Our host was amazing! We will be back for sure. Thanks for a great family getaway!

We absolutely love this condo! It is spacious, beautifully renovated and has a fantastic set up in the basement for teens and grown ups alike. The perfect getaway!

Great location, very clean and perfect for families!

We stayed here with my two kids (elementary school aged kids) and it was perfect. The pool and tennis court is right outside the door, the place was clean and very comfortable, and the game room was a HUGE hit (especially if it is at all rainy or you just want some downtime to relax). If you want to walk to the downtown area it is within 10-15 minutes (depending on how fast you walk). I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family’s celebrating our 4 year olds birthday. The kiddos loved the bunk beds and amusement playroom in the basement.. they loved searching the woods for the perfect pinecone. The place is located close to all the outdoor viewing falls and river areas to visit.. Kim was an amazing host with easy access for any questions we had.. We will have a return visit soon for more fun and exploring ..

Overall, great place to stay

The floors are super squeaky all over the house. The bunk beds are also super squeaky making for rough sleeping in that room and the one underneath. Other than that, they are super with communicating, the location is great and the place was clean and well appointed.

Lovely Updated Condo

Our family of four stayed at this unit for a summer weekend getaway. I would, without hesitation, recommend this unit to others! It looks like it was recently renovated with two very nice updated bathrooms, air conditioning, comfortable beds and furniture, and stylish decor. The highlight was the basement area - the pool table, basketball hoop, and Pacman game were all huge hits with our kids! I was very happy to find so many kid friendly items in the unit - bed rail, pack n play, and kids plates. The location is fantastic - super close to the shops in North Conway and a quick drive away from Story Land. We loved out stay here and hope to come back in the winter time for some skiing!

Perfect getaway in NH

We were two families with 7 kids from ages 2 to 15. This place was perfect for us. Lots of room to spread out. The kids absolutely loved the game room and that is where we loved to hang out at the end of the day. It was a total game changer for our group. The pool was perfect! Just a few steps away and very clean and well maintained. The tennis court was beautiful. Kids loved that too. The whole place was very clean and comfortable. The beds all comfortable. It had everything we needed. From shampoo and conditioner, soap, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, linens…it was so convenient. The AC worked well. It was close to town. We walked to downtown and went shopping and restaurants. It was the perfect summer family getaway in NH for us. We will definitely be back! We love to ski so we would love to stay here for that too. Close to many ski mountains.

Great ski vacation

Great location close to Cranmore. Condo had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed all the games in the basement.

Christmas Week Ski Trip

Beautiful home, recently renovated, in a perfect location for skiing and downtown North Conway amenities. When we weren't skiing we enjoyed the game room in the basement or walks in the surrounding woods. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the place was spotless. The owner and property management company were responsive and helpful when we had any questions. I would highly recommend this condo and hope we are lucky enough to stay there again.

Greate little get away for family

Nice little cozy condo great for mini vacation. The place is very clean with lots of cleaning supplies which is a big plus cuz I don't have to go out to restock. The game room in the basement kept both kids and adults occupied the whole time.
