Good Times to be had at our Luxury new loft condo at the base of Cranmore.

I could tell you all about North Conway and Cranmore mountain and this brand new loft condo and all the attractions and amenities that you have read about in all the other listings for Kearsarge Brook condos or the new Fairbanks condos but that seams repetitive as you most likely have read it all. All the Fairbanks condos are beautiful and the other owners that we have met are awesome. I don't see how you could go wrong renting any one of these condos.

Very clean and excellent location!

Beautiful condo right at the base lodge of Cranmore! Very clean and fit all 7 of us adults nicely. Definitely spacious enough to host more people as well!

Great weekend at Cranmore!

We had a fantastic stay at Cranmore. The space was beautiful, clean and the location can’t be beat. Instructions were clear and the host was easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend and we hope to be back in the future!

Great place

We had a great stay. The place was fantastic, great location, very clean and had everything we would possibly need for our ski stay. This kids described the place as “this place is fancy”. Robert was great, very responsive to any questions and a good communicator. Highly recommend!

We just got back from our stay in North Conway. The Cranmore Resort Condo was amazing! Clean, spacious, beautiful, with all it has to offer, it was a luxury vacation!

Perfect Place

Amazing space, clean and comfortable! We had 4 adults and 8 kids (ages 13 to 2) and it never felt crowded. Great location and super responsive host. Will definitely be returning.

Perfect Spot!

The condo was easy to get to and close to everything! Perfect for a family of four or more! Very clean and had all the amenities that you need in the kitchen! It was great to come back to after a long day spent outdoors and just relax!

Great summer getaway!

This new property was excellent! The location is perfect and made quick trips to town a breeze! Visited many local spots, Diana’s Bathes, Cathedral Ledge and Flume Gorge - were happy to have a lovely comfortable place to return each day! The townhouse had all necessary essentials for cooking a big meal each evening! Will stay here again for sure! Great communication with host!

Amazing Condo!

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this luxury mountain condo. It really was beyond our expectations. Our host definitely gets a solid 5 star review! The pride of ownership was easy to see it was spotless with high end appliances, furniture and decor. I would highly recommend this host and his beautiful luxury condo.

Yearly North Conway Getaway

We’ve been traveling to North Conway Area for several years with friends. Staying at both VRBOs and Hotels. We love the Cranmore area for the local activities and the close proximity to the center. This place was perfect! Fit our party of 9! Extremely clean, well priced and the owner was very quick to respond to messages. The amenities to this VRBO are an added bonus.

Great stay

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. The location couldn't have been better—just steps away from the mountain's ticket office, with a convenient restaurant and gift shop right in the building. It was also close to the heart of town, making it easy to explore. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed and perfect for our group, which included guests of all ages. Everyone was incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment is modern, immaculately clean, and we especially appreciated the no-carpet design, which kept the floors pristine. The well-stocked kitchen was a great bonus, allowing us to prepare meals effortlessly during the day. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Upscale accommodation for outdoor enthusiasts

We rented the condo, which is a mile from our home, to house friends who traveled to attend a birthday celebration we hosted. I was looking for something new, clean and in town. We got this and so much more! Our guests raved about the condo’s decor, and were impressed by it being in the base lodge for total ease during ski season. The town recreation path is across the parking lot, and the mountain has hiking, base attractions and mountain biking in non-winter months as well. A true gem for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy more upscale accommodations.

Awesome!

This condo on Cranmore Mountain was perfect for our family’s summer getaway. We were in great proximity to Story Land, downtown North Conway, and Santa’s Village. One of our favorite parts of the trip was going to the Adventure Park at Cranmore - we could walk there! The outdoor pool and hot tub were the perfect way to end all of our days on site. The condo itself was super clean and very generous in size. Kitchen was stocked with all the tools we could need. We will definitely be back again! Thanks to our host :)

Annual White Mountain Vacation

We take an annual summer vacation to the white mountains. This location was great being in the heart of North Conway but not right on Route 16. Easy to get to lots of things. The condo was new, clean and well stocked with anything we needed. The pool and hot tub are a little bit of a walk but very nice. We took advantage of the Cranmore Adventure Park, which was nice to be able to go back into the condo for breaks and lunch. You could occasionally hear other people in the hall or units next door but nothing that significantly disrupted our stay. Check-in and out processes were seamless. Owner was available but never needed to reach out as there were no issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Nice but needs finishing touches

Cranmore property is conveniently located and close to town and offers a lot of activities for the family. There was an issue with resort music playing all night into morning, but this was quickly addressed by the property manager. We were the 2nd visitors to the condo which was brand new. The unit was very clean but sparse w/ living room and bedroom furniture and amenities. It can use some more furniture like side tables and lamps, maybe even pictures on wall. As well, there was no informational sheet i.e. where the garbage chute is, weekend events at the Cranmore, owner contact info. and such. The VRBO agent was very helpful in getting the owner's information. Nice place and stay but needs some finishing touches.

My wife and I discovered North Conway after 9/11 when we got married October 26, 2001 and no way was I getting on an airplane to Aruba for our honeymoon. We married in South Portland, Maine and went with a road trip instead. We randomly picked The Wentworth in Jackson village NH and continued to return there every year sometimes twice. We have explored every back road in the area and I being a Landlord for a profession love to think about what I would buy in the area. Never would have guessed it was going to be a Luxury condo at Canmore but the opportunity came about one day when I visited the mountain and started chatting with Kelly (Yup... I blame this all on Kelly who is an awesome Canmore employee and my daughter Abigail who "YOLO' ed me!). Two years later the building is done and I'm sking again. I have been hosting guest at my lake property on Little Sebago since 2016 so part of the decision to go with this property was knowing guests would come and enjoy the condo like my guests enjoy the lake.

North Conway is my happy place. I find it to be so peaceful and yet there is so much to do. I reconnected with sking after taking 30 years off. Down hill mountain biking was a blast. Thought i was in my 20S for a day! We hike (she shops) we eat drink and be merry at all the local Restaurants. My daughters are 21 and 17 ands we may still visit Storyland this summer and Santas Village in November. Sounded crazy to me too go to Santas village in the late Fall / Winter but I was wrong! A must if you're a christmas fan. You will love it

The condos at Fairbanks are a different level. They are comparable to penthouse condos from the first two phases of Kearsage brook. Some of the condos are larger and some face the mountain and others face the village but they are all pretty fabulous. I have also been in other owners units and have met other owners who rent their units and they are awesome people as well as having awesome units. We owners of Fairbanks Lodge together have a unique property that offers groomed snow directly up against the expansive patio. Snap on your skis and the chairlifts are just feet away. The condos are central located to all of the activities of Canmore and the village of North Conway.

My specific unit is furnished with all high end furnishing from Green Mountain Furniture. A luxurious modern condo with hand crafted authentic reclaimed barn wood furniture. After all you are still in the Green Mountains!
