There's no better place to enjoy a week at the beach! This first-floor unit is elevated above ground level, offering ocean views from the covered deck, as well as from inside the living area. Overlooking Ocean City's 36th Street beach, you'll be greeted with panoramic views of the shimmering Atlantic Ocean, the boardwalk in the distance, and the lights of Atlantic City on the horizon. Catch a magnificent sunrise as you sip coffee on the deck, enjoy an afternoon sea breeze, or settle in with a good book and nothing but the sounds of the surf in the background!
The five-bedroom unit is tastefully decorated and perfect for relaxed, luxury living at the beach. The great room area features a spacious seating area with ocean views, and an expansive dining table with views from every seat. The ample kitchen overlooks it all, with yet more views! The bedrooms are sizable, and the fifth bedroom is the perfect place for kids, featuring a pyramid bunk (full size bed plus a twin over top) along with additional sofa seating. The sleep sofa provides extra sleeping flexibility.
Because the first floor is elevated there is bonus space below, at ground level, including a generously sized foyer, a bonus bathroom (perfect when coming off the beach) as well as a bonus bedroom. (Note, the second floor unit also has its own dedicated bonus space on the ground level as well.) The first-floor unit features enclosed garage parking for two vehicles, and space for two more in the driveway. The beach path is just steps away! There's no better place to relax and enjoy all the Ocean City has to offer!
