Located on the prestigious 25th block of Wesley Avenue, this newly renovated (2025) 6-bedroom, 4-bath luxury home offers the perfect combination of space, comfort, and convenience. With a private walkway to the beach and accommodations for up to 18 guests, this stunning first-floor condo is ideal for large families or groups looking to experience the best Ocean City has to offer.

The home features an open floor plan with a spacious living and dining area, perfect for gathering and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a large center island with stools, upgraded appliances, and beautiful cabinetry—making meal prep a breeze. Absolutely wonderful

The rental was an easy process from start to finish. The owner is a pleasure to work with. We are a repeat renter and are already looking forward to our next trip. The house is ideal for the Grandparents, Children & Grandchildren to enjoy a getaway together!

Nice location with a few issues at check in

The house was as described. Great location and very spacious. Upon check-in we had a bathroom with an inch of water on the floor and another bathroom with no running water. A quick call to the owner and then the property manager got this fixed for us. Some areas could use some updating/replacements (like toilet seats). Overall happy with our stay

a lovely week at the beach

We enjoyed this lovely beachfront home very much and found it to be the perfect arrangement for our large family...love the folding beds...perfect for a group with children. Perhaps because it was the end of the season, there were not enough forks in the silverware drawer (no worries, we used a few spoons!) I only mention this so they can be replenished. We were glad to have the grill, the beach chairs, the boogie boards. Thank you for making this great property available for rent. I wonder if it will be available for the same week in September next year and, if so, what will the price be?

Best at the Beach

We had a family gathering to celebrate the life of my mother, who died this year. It was a great location for getting to the beach, boardwalk and downtown. Plenty of chairs and space to visit with each other. The second fridge in the garage is very helpful, as is the abundance of trash and recycling containers. A great choice!

Fantastic rental, perfect location

We had a wonderful time at this home on the beach! There is plenty of room and it was so nice to be right on the beach. A quick walk and you're there. The house was comfortable, clean and had plenty of space for our group of 8 adults and 5 young children. The only thing I would suggest is some more cooking utensils and silverware. It was a great weekend and I would definately do it again.

Amazing house with amazing views!

We had a large group and everyone absolutely loved staying here. The house is clean and spacious and the views are absolutely stunning. Couldn’t have been better. Book this house. You won’t be disappointed!

Very good location

The kitchen was stocked with essentials like oil, salt , pepper and some spices . We dint end up cooking though. The beach chairs were very useful. Access to beach was wonderful.The fact that we had to carry bedding linen -sheets and pillow covers was a bummer , but I guess it's due to covid .wonderful stay overall !

Family get together

Our family was celebrating a wedding at a nearby venue, so rather than book several hotel rooms we found this home, which was beyond our expectations. Breath taking views of the ocean. Amenities inside home were perfect. Access to property well communicated and easy. Hope to book a repeat weekend away again!

Room for Everyone

We had 14 adults at the house for a long Easter weekend. We also celebrated a 50th birthday while there. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and have a good time with the large table. The views were great! It was a little cool and windy so we put our chairs out on the back lawn where the wind was blocked and it was beautiful!!

Perfect girls getaway

Thank you Mary Ellen for sharing your beautiful property with us for the perfect girls getaway. Does not get any better than this view. Beachfront, private beach access, amazing sunrise and you can see/hear the roar of the ocean. Plus the house was spectacular- many private bedrooms plus many additional Tuckaway beds should you need them. What a beautiful home! We would definitely come back here!!

Fantastic Beach House

This house is absolutely terrific for a variety of reasons. We were four couples and were able to spend a week together without being on top of each other. The location can't be beat and the house has plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas. Everything is in working condition and we had no issues at all. The owner of the property is wonderful. We would definitely rent this home again.

Perfect in every way

This beach house is so lovely and beautiful. The house is incredibly clean and spacious. Mary Ellen was a joy to work with and quick communicator each time I had a question. The house is even nicer in person- the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds are comfortable and the beach view is amazing. We spent most of our time on the spacious deck overlooking the ocean.

Thanksgiving Holiday

Rented the house for Thanksgiving. The weather was cold and windy but the house was very comfortable. Very roomy and better than the pictures. The morning view is priceless. We cold see dolphins jumping up in the water. My grandchildren were thrilled. The location is perfect. Great Thanksgiving Holiday!!

Perfect beach getaway!

My group of five friends spent an October weekend in this lovely, spacious, well equipped, spotless and warm home. Maryellen was terrific - incredibly responsive, accommodating and helpful. The rental was perfect for groups - large comfortable gathering space with lots of bedrooms so we could all have our own bedroom (with one to spare!). The view is incredible with easy access to the beach. The house was so wonderful we decided to eat all our meals there and left only for beautiful walks along the beach. A perfect weekend!
