The Water Feature Cottage was perfect for our 5 night stay, just the right size for 2 people, but also comfortable for our son to visit. The cottage was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The "back porch" patio is perfect for enjoying coffee or drinks and the landscaping is beyond beautiful. We really enjoyed watching birds, listening to frogs and discussing plants with Larry. Thank you Larry, Sandra and (of course) Hobbs!

Cozy Cottage

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and were looking for a place to relax before and after the festivities. This was the perfect spot! The cottage has so much personality and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. the homeowner greeted us with a smile and provided all of the amenities we could possibly need. We will definitely be back.

A heavenly place to stay

The cottage is my go-to place to stay on my frequent trips to Raleigh to see my son, and I look forward to arriving every time. After more than a dozen stays at the cottage, it truly feels like my home, and garden!, away from home. Such a pleasure to wander around the lovely plantings around the water features and property. And Larry and Sandra are not only warm and welcoming hosts, they have thought of every little thing a guest might need. This property is highly recommended.

Amazing Cottage

To say I was impressed with the Water Cottage is an understatement. My sister and I had a weekend shopping trip, and it was so convenient to everywhere. The owners communication was immediate and thorough. The property was immaculate, and everything you could possibly need was provided. If I have to stay in the area again I will definitely check this property’s availability.
