Wake up to stunning panoramic views of the Au'au Channel and Molokai from one of two private lanai! Witness turtles feeding year-round and, between mid-November and mid-April, enjoy the spectacular sight of humpback whales teaching their calves to swim right before your eyes, making your stay unforgettable.
Paki Maui is a low-rise condo complex on Maui's sought-after west side, designed to capture island breezes and naturally ventilate each unit. Surrounded by mature lush tropical gardens, a serene Koi pond, and a sprawling lawn above the seawall, it offers the perfect setting to relax and enjoy ocean views.
This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. For additional guests, there's a convenient queen-size pullout sofa. Enjoy the convenience of two bathrooms: the front bathroom with a step-in shower, and the main bathroom with a separate vanity, water closet, and a relaxing bathtub.

Designed without air conditioning, Paki Maui embraces Maui's natural climate. The architecture and central ventilation system circulate island breezes, keeping the condo comfortably cool, complemented by ceiling and floor fans for your comfort.

Getting Around:
While we recommend a rental car to fully explore Maui's diverse landscapes and hidden gems, public transportation options include The Maui Bus, with bus stops right in front of the property, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services.

-We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment. Our property undergoes a comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing program before each guest's arrival.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We utilize a convenient self-check-in process. Please plan accordingly, as early check-ins and late check-outs may not always be possible.
-Holiday Cleaning Fee: For check-ins on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day, a $75 holiday cleaning fee will apply. We will contact you after booking regarding this additional charge.
-We can offer a mid-stay cleaning or linen change with advance warning. The fees are $250 for a full clean and $150 for a linen change.
-If there is a change in the tax rates, we may require an additional payment.

We enjoyed the condo, plenty of room. Loved the extra's, chairs, ice chest, beach towels and sand toys for the kids. I feel that the unit could use some better maintenance! Screen doors stuck, laundry door off the track, no dust pan for clean up, no hot water in the guest bathroom shower however we didn't let host know that until last day! Tile on the lanai off the living room is broken and covered up, it would make a cracking noise every time we walked on it. Beach Park next door could get quite noisy. Good view of the beach and condo was comfortable.

I'm always thrilled to see that a guest enjoyed their stay and appreciated the amenities! I'm happy Linda and her family had a good time! I was very alarmed to see a text from this guest after check out that they had no hot water in one of the bathrooms! The screen and door off track could be easily fixed, and would have been handled quickly. We knew about the cracked tile, and have scheduled a repair. However, I immediately went to the condo to check the hot water when receiving the guest text. There are 5 faucets in this condo, and the washing machine. All 5 faucets and the washer had hot water. I'm not sure if the guests used up all the hot water and then assumed it was out in one bathroom, but one large hot water tank serves the whole unit and it would be very unusual for there to not be hot water in one or two faucets only. The bottom line for me is that the lack of good communication from this guest could have impacted the stay of the next, or if there had been a leak somewhere, it could have affected the neighbors! Unfortunately my assistant sent a review for this guest before I was able to check the unit. If I had to write a review for Linda today, there would be one star for communication.

This unit is in a very nice location. The oceanfront setting is beautiful, and there is a beach park right next door for ocean access. Although this unit does not face the ocean, you can see it from the lanai. Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves all night is easily the best part.This is a large unit and had plenty of space for the four of us (2 adults and 2 teens).Parking was fine, and the location is in a little commercial area with nearby shops and restaurants. There are several small beaches within a few miles, with good snorkeling and swimming conditions.The building is older, but the listing photos are accurate and the host is responsive and helpful to any questions.

Perfect Family Getaway

This location is perfect...we've stayed at Paki Maui multiple times and the lanai and view never disappoint. This unit was well equipped with plenty of beach towels and bath towels, bedding, etc. The in-unit washer/dryer come in handy (bring your own detergent or grab some at the ABC store). Be sure to pick up extra paper towels at the store (there was only 1 roll for our week stay). Distanced just far enough from downtown Lahaina to be "away", but close enough for a quick 10 min drive. We had a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful time in #325. We didn't need airconditioning, there are lots of fans and the weather wasn't too hot (March). The apartment is well equipped and Heather was brilliant at sorting out a minor problem. My grand daughter loved the pool and we had a great time exploring the island, swimming with turtles and whale watching. We'll be back! (one small note: parking is very tight so don't rent a big car!)

Condo needs some TLC

Overall the condo was clean and the location is ideal, lots of shopping dining within walking distance. However the condo itself needs a little updating, new curtains, fresh coat of paint, but most importantly a new front door. The front door has a huge hole in it on the bottom frame, bugs are always an issue but this gaping hole doesn’t help to keep out the critters. We didn’t leave any food out and took the garbage out once we were done with it and we saw ants everyday and one day saw a roach. The washer and dryer could be updated as well. We have stayed in other condos in this same complex without these issues, for a lot less money, hence my disappointment. I recommend that the owner take some of the money it makes to update this condo before I would recommend anyone to stay there. Especially a new front door. Sorry, but I had to be honest on this review, we frequently visit the island and love this location but until this condo is updated will not stay in this particular until again.

Lovely view

Beautiful partial ocean view. The condo was clean and roomy; however, we thought the front door could use replacing. My sister and I spent 5 nights there and appreciated the washer/ dryer being in the unit. Beach chairs were a little rusty. Sitting outside on the grassy area overlooking the ocean was so nice.

• Times Grocery and ABC Store: For all your essential needs.
• Diverse Restaurants: Offering a variety of cuisines to satisfy every palate.
A short, scenic stroll south along the Honua Kai Beach walk will lead you to one of Maui’s prettiest sugar sand beaches at Honua Kai, and a longer walk south to Ka’anapali Beach, Black Rock, and the Whalers Village Shopping Center (approximately 3 miles).

-Fully equipped and spotless, this kitchen features full-size appliances and a traditional coffee maker. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing you to prepare everything from light snacks to gourmet meals, ensuring a worry-free stay that feels like home. -We provide a starter supply of: dish soap, hand and bath soap, mango coconut shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels for your first week. For specific favorites, you may wish to bring your own, as some grocery items on Maui can be a bit pricey.
-In-Unit Laundry: Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer right in the condo (we provide starter laundry soap for your first week).
-Ample Living Space: Relax and socialize in the spacious living area with a large sectional couch and extra seating, plus a large dining table to fit the whole family! Each west-facing lanai features a table for outdoor dining or enjoying the sunset with a favorite libation!
-Outdoor Enjoyment: We provide beach towels, comfortable beach chairs, and a cooler for your days exploring Maui's beautiful beaches. (Beach gear availability may vary, but there are several nearby vendors to rent from.) We recommend renting snorkel gear for the best fit and hygiene.
-Entertainment & Connectivity: Stay connected with complimentary fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Parking and access information will be provided before your arrival. Paki Maui allows parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is free on-street or in a paid lot across the street.
