Perfect place if you are in town for an event like a wedding. Easy 4 minute drive to the Dennis Inn venue, close to Corporation Beach and Grumpy’s Restaurant(breakfast was great there!) House is updated and well kept, lovely decor, comfortable beds with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. A great place to relax between multiple events you typically attend during a weekend wedding. Some may balk because there is a small service station next door but that did not impact our stay at all. Small yard area but has a nice deck in the back with a table and chairs. Perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing meal or have a morning cup of tea listening to the birds sing. Our family would happily stay there again.

Our stay was extra special due to this house that looks brand new and is so clean inside. Beds, linens, towels and showers were just right. The location was perfect for us as it is in the center of many of the cape burgs, close to Corporation Beach, and many good restaurants are nearby. The living and dining spaces were excellent for our party of six. The details throughout and high brand name kitchen items had us in awe all week. The washer and dryer were big pluses. The table and chairs on the back deck were comfortable and the deck is protected from the wind. We had immediate feedback from Jay. We highly recommend this VRBO!

Excellent stay!

Location is very convenient to lake scargo and corporation beach! House was extremely clean. Well appointed. Had games and beach toys and chairs. Great house for family.

The host was attentive and responsive. Made the arrangements easy, quick and painless. The house was kept up with pride and care. Like new, in all respects. Easy access location, travel, parking, proximity. Would return without hesitation.

We booked this beautiful home for the Fourth of July long weekend. The check-in was simple. The house is newly remodeled, right out of HGTV! Everything was brand new. The furniture was comfortable and elegant. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances that cover every cooking and baking need. The first floor layout is perfect for open concept entertaining and enjoying everyone together. You only need to bring your clothes because they offer beach supplies and towels. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus. I have been renting houses on the Cape for over 30 years, and this is by far the most beautiful house we have ever stayed at. We look forward to spending next 4th of July on Main Street.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, new construction home close to the beach! We were traveling with two kids, both of whom loved their room with a bunk bed and the choice of another bedroom with two twin beds. Comfy couches and huge TV as well!One thing future renters should be aware of is the house is right next to a small, local gas station/repair shop and another road runs behind the house, which you can see from the back deck. We were surprised by this as it wasn't shown in the photos, but there were cars from the shop parked on the street in front of the house and sometimes next to the driveway, and a floodlight at night that points toward the house.It's an easy walk (about 10 mins with kids) to a nice bay beach. Rocky in areas so next time I'd bring shoes that can go in the water.
