Perfect house - perfect location!

This home was perfect - owner thought of every little detail to ensure a comfortable stay. Location is great for accessing all Winter Park has to offer. Owner was super responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had. You won't be disappointed!

Charming and comfortable.

We all enjoyed our stay. It is in a convenient and beautiful location. The furnishings are lovely and the kitchen has everything you need and want. The house is perfectly updated and very clean. I'm sure we will plan to stay again when we are back in the area. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Great experience!

My family got together to celebrate a graduation, and this property was perfect. I wish we had more downtime so we could have taken advantage of the wonderful back porch layout. Would definitely book again in the future.

Hidden gem in Winter Park

This house was decorated amazingly! Excellent use of space. It was a great layout for our family. Room for everyone. Manicured landscaping and backyard were a great bonus!! Will definitely recommend.

Wonderful Escape

This was our 2nd year staying at Jay's house for a month and once again it did not disappoint! The location is fantastic - walk to the Winter Park lakes, Rollins College, beautiful tree-lined streets. Great neighborhood. The house is beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen and the beds are comfortable. Jay is super responsive and always got back to us very quickly to answer any questions or concerns. Would love to return in the future.

Awesome Winter Park home

Wonderful place - house was just as shown in listing. Beautiful decor, great kitchen, comfortable beds and a great location. We especially enjoyed the backyard with the lights, firepit and Adirondack chairs. Great neighborhood for walking, friendly neighbors, beautiful lakes and ponds within walking distance. Easy drive to Park Avenue restaurants and shops! Perfect escape for us from New England winter! Clara is an exceptional host - always promptly responded to our emails and questions. Thank you Clara for sharing and we will definitely be back next year!

Absolutely clean and modern home close to historic downtown

The house is in fantastic condition and exceptionally clean. Really superb location near historic downtown Winter Park, and close to downtown Orlando. We had 4 adults staying for a long weekend to attend events in the area, and the property could not have been nicer. The host was very responsive to our questions. The rooms are great size and beds were very comfortable, esp. the linens. I would give this 6 stars if I could - really an exceptional VRBO property with lots of dining choices within a 5 minute drive. All guests commented to me on what a nice stay they had here.

Fabulous location

The property was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well kept, the location was ideal for our daughters graduation at UCF, very short drive to the college. The outside was perfect, plenty of space, the girls loved it, The only downfall was didn’t appreciate getting the address of the property the day we were due to check in as I am a planner and like to know in advance, but other than that everything went smoothly in the end .

Fabulous stay!

My husband and I and our Whippet, Luca, enjoyed this lovely home, with the added luxury of a fully-fenced private back yard for us and Luca to enjoy. The home is beautiful inside and out and was perfectly relaxing after exploring all that Winter Park has to offer. We are long-time visitors to Winter Park and this is the first (but certainly not last) time renting this fabulous home. Our hosts, Jay and Clara, were easily reached with any requests and the contactless check-in and out was easy and seamless. Close to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood, this home is a must if you are looking for a stay in the Winter Park area!

Stay in Style

Fabulous stay at this home designed with flair. We were greeted by a chilled bottle of wine, sweet note and a beautiful living room with floor to ceiling white curtains, a soft lounge sectional and gorgeous chandelier. There were several comfortable seating areas to gather with family including a beautiful outside deck with string lights. We bought our little dog and he loved the big, fenced-in backyard. It’s conveniently located close to Rollins, Park Avenue and AdventHealth Winter Park. We appreciated all of the thoughtful touches. Our host was kind and responsive. Thank you for a lovely escape.

Comfy and stylish

Absolutely beautiful home! Pictures do not do the beauty of this home justice! From the decor to the comfort of the house everything is perfect! Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. Host was amazing and we were greeted with the sweetest welcome message. Would definitely love to return.
