Great little house

This is a great little house with a great backyard. We were close to everything but still far enough way not to be bothered by large crowds and lots of noise.

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

Property was as described and despistes. Jose was a great host and very communicative. We loved the fact that the MB bed was upgraded to a King size, instead of the original queen that was in the listing because I’m 6’2 and I was able to sleep well without my legs hanging over, which was a great plus! House was very clean and I will surely come back w my family next year when we come to Disney again! Dom

Good for our needs

We had a good stay. The location was perfect being just 5 minutes away from the Orlando Ice Den as we were there for figure skating competition. As we needed to travel with our dog, this met our needs especially with the fenced yard. The pool table, ping pong table and fire pit in the yard were perfect for teammates to hang out, do s'mores etc. We didn't use the hot tub as it was so full we were afraid to overflow it.The house itself is in pretty good shape. The pool table is cool but it's strange being in middle of living room. While not dirty, it could use a deep cleaning around windows, baseboards, etc. Also the shower head in the master bath needs to be replaced - it's in bad shape. some of the mattresses a bit uncomfortable.Juan, the property contact was great. Very friendly guy and very responsive. We would stay here again.

Preferred staying in!

First, the property manager Jose R. Diaz jumped through hoops to accommodate our very late arrival and made me feel like it wasn't an issue at all. Second, this house is great! the hot tub was hot when we arrived ready for wind down after our long drive. The home has everything you need. We went to dinner once and ended up spending most of our time in the house. It has a lot of space and plenty to keep us all busy. Last but not lease. The colors are great, it feels very festive and just makes you feel good. Thank you again we will stay here every time we are in town!

Bed bugs found in sheets do not book!

One bed out of 7 where covered in bed bugs and I was only given a 200 dollar refund. The amount that I paid for the stay was over one thousand dollars for three nights. Bed bugs are absolutely unacceptable and I will never recommend this house or the host that owns it.

Hot tub and pool table were great- Updates Needed

Our family came into town to enjoy time with our new grand baby. Upon arrival, we entered the property to note a broken chair along the wall, along with a loose curtain rod hanging in one of the bedrooms. Communication with the property owner was good. He was a very kind man. When we notated mold, which is a common problem in Florida, he promptly sent someone over to paint the ceiling. The towels, bedding, and dish rags all need to be replaced as most were stained, thread bare or nonexistent. The main bathroom sink was missing a drain plug but it did have a nice shower head. The bedroom bath shower needs a new shower head. We considered buying new bedsheets due to stains, but instead washed them multiple times. Having two washers available was a bonus. The back yard was nice and the hot tub (although over filled) was super clean. The microwave door appeared to have been repaired with epoxy and the dishwasher was loose and somewhat loud. However, the pool table was also a big hit and we were able to make some great memories.

More like a boys get away than a family get away.

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy this property as much as others claim to have. Overall, the property is clean and the yard is probably the best kept on the block. The house has recently been painted to a seafoam color which is actually much nicer than the color pictured. The master bedroom mattress is a firm memory foam and is quite comfortable, except for the fact that it is pushed into a corner. The family enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. Now, the negative… the pool table is in the middle of the living room. Not something that I fully grasped from the pictures. This makes it very difficult to enjoy any family conversation as well as preventing you from having anywhere to rest your feet. The kitchen has 2 broken drawers, the microwave is damaged, and one of the kitchen chairs is broken and sitting in the corner. The pans that are there for usage are in TERRIBLE shape. The can opener was broken and left in the drawer (we bought a new one and left it for future use). Most of the furniture in the house is in pitiful shape and looks 2nd if not 3rd hand. There is one tiny nightstand for use in the master bedroom. If the shower curtain isn’t positioned JUST RIGHT the master bathroom floor will flood. The outside is nice, however, the hot tub will flood the entire back porch. Also, there is a large grapefruit tree and a sago palm in the backyard which are hazardous to dogs. My little cavapoo got into something in the backyard and it cost me $736. floor will flood.

Had an amazing stay here. The host is very responsive! The house is very spacious and the backyard and sunroom/patio are lovely. The hot tub is great too and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are all super comfortable and overall the place was very clean.

Mr Diaz is the best

Thank you for an awesome stay….. quiet neighborhood easy access to everything and mr Diaz promptly addressed issues when they appeared. Thank you sir for the best experience we could have had. Our nephew and niece from Korea absolutely enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful home conveniently located

Spacious 4 bed 2 bath house in a conveniently located, quiet neighborhood in Altamonte Springs. Great yard for our dogs. Close to shops and restaurants.

Perfect every time!

I have rented this home 3 years in a row for my employees to stay in for our annual training. It is perfect! The location is great, the owner is always responsive and a pleasure to work with. The home has plenty of space and so much to offer for everyone.

The place was clean and in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from shopping and food. Easy 30 minute drive to local attractions. The kids loved the pool table and hot tub.

Thank you for letting us stay in your home. While some repairs could be made, (cabinet doors tightened), the living space was clean. We especially appreciated the number of towels available and the recreational opportunities and the amount of space for our very large family.

The utilities was something that needed new ones the pots the spa is the spatula the spoon all broke

Food left in a refrigerator from someone else towels and the dryer The furniture looks like they got it from a thrift store or from another house and drop off house of stuff that they no longer are using The iced machine didn't work A chair and one of the rooms was tore up needs to go on a dump. The laundry room was a mess open detergent it was just a mess

This property is our go to every time we do training in Orlando. It is perfect for employees to all have their own space but having a lot to do to hang out and have fun.

Good location

Small house, but comfortable, well-furnished. Pool table, ping pong, and hot tub were great. Only complaint, and not the owner's fault: on Christmas and New Year's, the noise from fireworks was deafening! Difficulty sleeping, and the poor dog went bonkers!
