Parking: This property provides four parking spots, giving guests plenty of space for multiple vehicles and ensuring easy, hassle free access throughout their stay.

Located in the Destiny by the Sea community is Sun Palace. This corner lot is sure to impress with its white Mediterranean exterior, manicured landscaping, Roman columns, elevator, and spacious Gulf-facing balconies.

Sun Palace is a world-class rental with custom architecture, high-end amenities, Gulf views, plus high speed internet and 65” smart TVs throughout. This beachside estate features a 3-floor main house and 2-floor carriage house. The main house offers 4 bedrooms all with elegant en suite baths. On the 1st floor, you’ll find a chef’s kitchen with a Bertazonni Italian gas range, an additional oven, white cabinetry, matching appliances, oversized island, and breakfast bar. Abutting the kitchen, you’ll find an 8-person table. This floor also houses multiple living/sitting areas featuring classic furniture and chic décor, as well as an additional dining/gaming table. French doors open to a luxurious porch for the perfect outdoor entertaining space and wall-to-wall windows provide stunning views.

On the 2nd floor, you’ll find a master suite and 2 guest bedrooms, all featuring luxury en suite baths and two with Gulf view balcony access. The 3rd floor has a grand master suite featuring a Gulf view balcony, gathering room with wet bar, TV, and fireplace, along with a spa-inspired bathroom with 2 vanities, walk-in shower, plus soaker tub.

Connected by a 2nd floor balcony is the property’s carriage house. This sanctuary features a full kitchen, living room, and king bedroom with full bath. The carriage house’s downstairs features two custom built bunk beds (twin over full) to offer even more sleeping space for larger parties.

From this luxury home, you’re a quick stroll to 2 private beach access points, the private community pool/spa, plus local restaurants. You also have a grill, and 6 custom beach chairs for your use.

House was very clean and decorated well. Good floor plan for a medium group. Location was perfect for quick walk to the beach and pool. Only downside is you can’t rent E bikes or a golf cart in this particular neighborhood.

Great location & very spacious

My husband and I stayed here with our friends and really enjoyed our stay. The beach was steps away and we could hear/view the beach from the balcony. The place had everything we needed to enjoy time away with friends.

Sun Palace

Over the past 20 years we have stayed at quite a few of the houses located at Destiny By the Sea. Sun Palace ranks at the top of our list. Everything was first class including a nugget ice maker, an eight burner Italian made gas stove, double ovens and even a warming oven. The Master Bedroom was fantastic and there was plenty of space in the Living Room and Sitting Area for everyone to congregate. We will definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 8 adults and 6 [grand]kids for a wonderful week in Destiny by the Sea. Sun Palace sits as close as you can get to the beach without being one of the on-beach homes, and it's just 2 homes south of the community pool. Plenty of space and amenities for our large family group. We had a couple of maintenance items that arose, but they were promptly fixed with no inconvenience to us at all.

Spectacular!

There were 10 adults in our party. The home is more spectacular in person! Check-in is a breeze! The home is very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated! The kitchen is very well appointed with 2 full-sized ovens! It’s right across the street from the beach! We had a wonderful time and will definitely book again!

Gather & laugh close to the beach

We’re a group of 4 couples on our 10th annual trip to Destin (8 to Destiny By The Sea). Things like proximity to the beach and a space where we can all sit and talk, or play a game, enjoy a fabulous chefs meal (and just enough wine!) together are high on our list. This house checked all those boxes. The management company was prompt, attentive, easy to reach. Well maintained property, well stocked kitchen, lots of storage, comfortable beds. Plus us a separate carriage house with full kitchen that sleeps 10–we didn’t use this but it’d be great for large families!

This house is beautiful and well located inside Destiny By the Sea. It was pretty clean in the house, but the carriage house was not so clean. One bedroom in the house can claim to have a shower, but what it really has is a bath tub with a sprayer. It might be perfect if you have young kids, but isn’t great for a 6’ man. Still, we’ve stayed in several houses within Destiny by the Sea and this is a great option for many. Three things need changed to make it perfect: the dishwasher doesn’t clean well, we couldn’t put anything with even a small bit of grease in it; convert the tub into a true shower and the dryer did not work the entire week we were there. The last was a major issue as we had packed knowing we had a washer and dryer.

The property needed covers over the chairs that could be washed after every visit. For the price every night I was not happy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our girl trip. The house was furnished with everything. The only thing we were confused about the trash pickup. We had more trash on our last night and we really didn't know what to with the big trash can on the outside. We had a lot of trash from the Birthday Dinner.

Wowza

What an amazing multigenerational vacation in a breathtaking house with views of the emerald coast. Fantastic quick responding staff to questions and such. Each suite is well appointed and the beds were super comfy. Just a quick few steps to the gorgeous white sandy beach. Our whole family (17) of us had an amazing time from the 2 year old to the 77 year old. We had a blast and every need was met. The only thing we missed was having bikes available that we thought based on listing would be there and the grill needs rebuilt. But the property manager was going to see that. You will not be sad if you book this property for your next vacation. 5 stars indeed.

Absolute Perfection!

This house was even more beautiful in person (somehow) and had everything we needed/wanted plus some! The beach access was a VERY short walking distance, and the home had all of the amenities as described in perfect working condition. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the waves. The interior was stunning and extremely well-kept/clean, and even when we had to call maintenance for a small water leak outside, they responded extremely promptly and had it fixed the same night. The instructions were very clear (parking passes, check-out process/procedure, wristbands, etc.), and everyone from kids to teens to adults in our group loved and enjoyed the home and neighborhood. We will definitely be back again!

I am super delighted with this property. They are very attentive. I experienced that the air in the house was a bit hot and I called and they immediately solved the problem. The comfort of the bed is extraordinary. The decoration is spectacular. My family and I will be back soon. We left more than delighted. we love this house. all the amenities are perfect. rather, there are two houses in one, why on the other side there is a house. smaller but super comfortable.

Great location with view of the beach from 2nd row.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time on vacation. This home is beautiful and accommodating for our large group. The location is also perfect with great beach access. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the master suite AC was not working when we arrived and the temperature in the suite was in the upper 80's. The management company did respond and put in a space AC which struggled to cool off the whole space. The 2nd floor AC was not working well either but not as hot. They did repair this but the humidity in the home was still high. At the end of the week, the main floor AC was not working at the management company was not able to get anyone one site to repair. They ended up moving the small space AC unit to the first floor. They notified us that someone would be out but never followed up after to say that they couldn't get an AC repair company to respond. I realize these types of things are hard to manage but good communication is always best. My other recommendations would be for additional porch furniture.

Michelle, we apologize about the AC problem and please understand that our team worked diligently to resolve this as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, sometimes the problem requires a third party vendor and we have no control over their schedule. We thank you for choosing to stay and do hope that, despite the inconvenience, you were able to have a wonderful vacation and make some lifelong beach memories.
