The location was perfect! The host was always quick to respond to any questions. The living room area was somewhat small for nine people, but we made it work. Plus, we spent most of our day on the beach.

Best beach front stay we have ever stayed at...and we travel A LOT! Definitely worth it to heat the "splash pool." Julie was the best checking on us. Very private area...lots of beach space. The tote outside with chairs and boogie board was a nice touch and we left our sand toys and boards for the incoming guests. cant wait to come back! So many memories made.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We loved the easy access to the beach compared to previous stays at condos that generally seem like a bit of a hike to get down to the beach. The beach area in front of the house was less crowded than the beach areas farther down which was nice. We had 7 adults and 4 kids (ages 2-5). Kids loved the splash pool on the balcony and we used it more than I thought we would! Plenty of beach toys. The place was very clean, plenty of bath towels. Note the beach service seems to end at 5pm and make sure to bring your own beach towels. We also appreciated the baby gates we found in a closet! Highly recommend this property for families!

The beach view was incredible. Easy and fast access to beach. Loved the tables and chairs on the balconies. Kitchen was stocked with ample supply of dishes and pans. The elevator was convenient especially for luggage. Parking was tight for two SUV's.Check out time of 9:30 a.m. was too early

Hi Linda, I am so glad that you loved the house and all that it has to offer! We think it is very special, too. We often have guests with 4 vehicles park at the home, but multiple extra large/oversized vehicles can make it a little tight. Re: the check out time, I do wish that you had responded to my text messages that I sent checking on you or the messages through vrbo as I would have been happy to offer you a late checkout that day. We are always happy to offer a late checkout when it is available and I did reach out to check on you multiple times while here but I did not hear back. This is an amazing place to stay! The convenience of the beach just out the back door, the beach chairs already waiting for you with umbrellas. The beach toys for the kids, the baby stuff that’s already there..the extra fans for those who need them to sleep lol.. every room except the kids is a king size bed!! You can walk 10 min to a great seafood restaurant, coffee is 2 min walk! We’ll definitely be back!! Thank you for a fantastic spring break!!

Breath taking views! Extremely clean! Family vacation of 9 adults & 3 kids. Walk to the beach is closer than pics portray! So nice to have chairs and umbrellas on beach with our name on them! A box of beach toys/chairs on patio. Plenty of room and everyone was happy with accommodations. Kitchen very nice - dishes, cookware, nice appliances. Elevator was so nice for luggage and those with mobility issues. Julie is so nice and very available. Rented a golf cart for ease of not moving vehicles in and out when someone wanted to leave. Driveway fit 3 suvs and a truck snug.

This is the first stay where we had access to the property manager. The managers were extremely helpful and accommodating! The house had plenty of room for our extended family. It was clean and very well stocked. I highly recommend this beachfront home!

Such a beautiful house - the elevator actually proved to be very useful, hauling luggage up three flights stairs didn't sound fun. The view is second to none - access to the beach is unparalleled. You literally walk out your porch down some steps and there you go. Julie, the property manager, was always available, always helpful, always kind, and always accommodating. I will gladly stay here again.

The townhouse was great and was complete with everything you would need to stay for a stay at the beach. Marsha was amazing to work with and I will work with her in the future. Plenty of room for a large group to stay

Great family vacation home

This place was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. We are making plans to return next year!

Amazing!

We had a wonderful time on our girls trip. It was the perfect amount of beach time, chill time, shopping time, going out in the evening time…. The location of the house was wonderful! Close to everything, not far from other beaches and right on the beach. Highly recommend!

Amazing Location, Amazing Time

My parents, my wife, and our children all had the best week at this property. The view and access to the beach is amazing, the elevator was very helpful to those who needed it, and our experience was pretty close to perfect. Communication with host was prompt, thorough, caring, and helpful. Will definitely be returning!

Amazing Experience

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect for our family of eight! The elevator made everything so convenient, and the heated splash pool was a fantastic touch. The location was ideal—close to plenty of attractions within walking distance, yet the beach remained peaceful and uncrowded. But the true highlight of our experience was the host, Julie. She was incredibly responsive, answering all of our questions promptly, and her hospitality was unmatched. If I could give her six stars, I absolutely would!

Beach beauty and convenience!

Spring break with multi generations…perfect beach front access and view! The new nursing mommy and great grandma could both easily enjoy the beauty of the beach without feeling left out. The elevator was a welcome savior. The home is well built and maintained and Julie is the best!

Miramar beach

Exactly what we were looking for, far as beach is concerned not crowded short walk to water. The pool is just across the street if you could walk straight across however it is a half block that you have to walk around to get to it. The place is nice. The host was great Quick response. Parking is tight if you have large vehicles
