Unobstructed Beach View

Great view of the beach from the living area and 2nd bedroom; also from your 2nd floor balcony which is accessed from the living room or bedroom. Ideal for all ages. 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Dogs are welcome (limit of 2 and extra charge of $25 per dog for your entire stay. You must bring vaccine records to show to condo reception at check in.)

Condo charges - parking for entire stay. $25.00 + TAX ($27.06). Monthly parking fee is a little more.

The city trolley bus runs the Seawall, Pleasure Pier, downtown Strand area, and Moody Gardens.
If you are bringing your dog, the city of Galveston requires the condo staff verify the vaccines so please bring documentation of your dog's vaccines.

The condos charge $35.00 + tax for parking for your stay.

Please take out the trash & tidy up. Trash pick-up is provided. Trash pick-up times are 11 am and 3 pm. Just leave the bagged trash outside the front door. There are no housekeeping services or extra towels provided during your stay. Please do not leave beach towels hanging on outside rails. It is against condo association rules. There is a fold up wagon for your convenience. Please be sure to return it to the condo before you leave.

Great location

The property was as disclosed, close to restaurants and activities and parks. Great staff at the property for info about the area, groceries nearby. All around great experience.

Great Place & Location

Great vacation all the way around. Communicator, easy check in, location. The condo was clean and met all of our needs. There is nothing wrong waking up to a view of the ocean in the morning. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Excellent location - wonderful condo!!!

Really enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony! The condo was very comfortable, pretty beach decorations and really appreciated the washer and dryer! We would like to stay there next time we come back to Galveston!

Property was adaquate with a few hang=ups: (washer in bedroom / dyer in kit) fold-out bed in liv rm alful, range oven did not work. A very enjoyable stay.

Great location and amenities

We were traveling with older family members and a pet. This property had everything for us….. pets allowed, elevator, balcony with a view, and easy beach access.

Absolutely stunning view!

We truly loved our stay at this condo! Location, location, location! We had outstanding customer service provided by the hosts and great communication. They are super sweet! Roomy condo across from the prettiest beach in Galvy and oh, that view! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great Location to Beach

This property was very close to the beach. It was nice waking up and seeing the ocean in the mornings. The furniture pictured in the ad was not what was in the property. The pictures need to be updated to reflect what is currently in the unit. It was clean and the property managers were nice.

Nice condo

Cute bedrooms! Chairs on balcony are a bit old and are falling apart. Also master bath shower head is broken and stuck on massager so it’s kinda harsh taking a shower in there. Other than that we would definitely stay there again! Maybe have a better broom or swiffer to help keep up with floors while we have our fur babies stay.

Run!

We stayed for 4 days this is what we experienced. The front door gets stuck and you have to use your whole body to open it. There were holes in the wall, the kitchen refrigerator was sticky. The knobs on the stove were the same. The entire place has wall to wall mirrors that’s not creepy. It looks bigger in the post than it actually is the furniture smells like mold there’s stuff drawn on the mirror holes in the wall no water pressure except in the kitchen two towels for two people for four days the bathtubs had hair in it. The window in the master bedroom shade is falling down, but covered up with curtains. That was nice that’s it. Put the amount of money I paid. It was a total disappointment and baiting switch.

Great location and the condo staff are outstanding

We had a great stay, the condo was comfortable and perfect for 4 adults, great view and location. The staff is super friendly and even had treats for our dogs. I would stay again.

Famiky beach trip

We are frequent flyers to By The Sea condos but new to this unit. By the Sea has had a refreshing facelift and renovations are underway. Access to the beach and safe in and out parking is a plus.. The pool area and pool is always clean. The unit we stayed in was well furnished; equipped with basic kitchen items and comfortable. The overall unit was clean Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit and did not have to use the downstairs ones. The property manager was a ccessible promptly responded to all messages. Will be staying here again.

Great Galveston Getaway

Great location! This was right on the Seawall at Babe’s Beach. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. It wasn’t fancy, but fit our needs. The kitchen had what we needed to cook simple meals. The beds were comfortable. The third bed was a futon, which my 19 year old son slept on. He didn’t complain about it, but I doubt I would have been comfortable on it. It would probably be best for kids or teens. Check-in was simple and the desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Access to the beach was very easy; however, there was no crosswalk nearby. If you have small children, crossing the road to get to the beach maybe dangerous. I would definitely go back to this condo.
