Villa n ° 29. 3-room semi-detached villa 47m2 + 15m2 terrace in the heart of Les Villageoises. North-East exposed. Private car park. Living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room, separate WC and terrace. MAXIMUM ARRIVAL TIME 18H.
SLEEPING FACILITIES: 4 people maximum. 1st BEDROOM: 140cm bed. 2nd BEDROOM: 2 single beds 90cms.
KITCHEN: large fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, 3-plates induction hob.
SANITARY: bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. Separate WC. TV. Electric barbecue. No smoking.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the co-ownership and is normally open from 15/06 to 30/09, according to the meteo.
Important: this residence is quiet and family-friendly, which is why this accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people, and reserved for families.
Deposit 250 € + 50 € returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 p.m. and up to 8 p.m. maximum, reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 € agreed in writing with the traveler.
