SLEEPING FACILITIES: 4 to 6 Pers. max. 1st BEDROOM: 160cm bed.2nd BEDROOM: 2 beds 80cm. Mezzanine: 2 beds 90cm. KITCHEN: Fridge-freezer, 4-ceramic plattes hob, Oven, Microwave. SANITARY: bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. Separate WC. TV. Reversible air conditioning downstairs.Electic Grill.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the co-ownership of the recidency and normally open from 19/06 to 30/09, according to the meteo.
Deposit 250 € + 50 € returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 P.M. and up to 8 P.M. maximum, the reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 € agreed in writing. Important: this residence is quiet and family-friendly, which is why this accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people, and reserved for families.
