Apartment A 7. 1st floor without elevator, facing south west. Residence and pool room view. Private car park. Apartement about 28m2, living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom, bathroom and a separate WC, 7m2 winter garden. MAXIMUM ARRIVAL TIME 18H.SLEEPING FACILITIES: 4 people max. LIVING ROOM: convertible sofa BEDROOM: 140 cm bed
KITCHEN: fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, 4 electric burners.
SANITARY: bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC. TV.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the co-ownership of the residency. The pool is normally open from 15.06 to 30.09, according to the meteo.
Deposit 250 euros plus 50 euros returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 p.m. and up to 8 p.m. maximum reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 euros agreed in writing.
Important: this residence is quiet and family friendly, which is why this accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people, and reserved for families.
