Apartment n ° A9. 3 rooms approx. 36m2 with loggia 7m2. 1st floor, south-west exposed, view petanque place and pool. Private car park. Living room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC, loggia.
MAXIMUM ARRIVAL TIME 18H. SLEEPING FACILITIES: 4 people max. 1st BEDROOM: 140cm bed. 2nd BEDROOM: 2 bunk beds 2x 90cm.
KITCHEN: Fridge-freezer, microwave, 2-plates electric hob, mini-oven, washing machine. SANITARY: bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC. TV.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the owners and normally open from 15/06 to 30/09.
Deposit 250 € + 50 € returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 p.m. and up to 8 p.m. maximum reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 € agreed in writing. Important: this residence is quiet and family-friendly, which is why this accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people, and reserved for families.
