Nestled in the Viauderie residence in Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef, this house can accommodate up to 5 people.

Enjoy an enclosed field, perfect for children or simply to relax in complete privacy. Its lounge and deckchairs are there for your naps in the sun or your aperitifs after the beach!

🛏️ Comfort:
A living room with open kitchen and high table for 4 people (fridge, combi oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker with grinder...)
2 bedrooms: double bed (140/190) on the first floor, pull-out beds (80/190) upstairs
A mezzanine with single bed (80/190) and cupboard
A lean-to with washing machine and electric grill

Parking in the residence (a space dedicated to the house) and everything you need for a hassle-free stay: swimming pools open from mid-June to mid-September, ping pong tables, petanque court.

The residence is located about 500 meters from the beach, allowing easy access on foot. It is also close to the center of Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef, and allows you to reach Tharon-Plage by the seaside.

- Arrival possible from 5 pm to 10 pm (outside these hours on request and with supplement, outside these hours we cannot be held responsible in case of difficulty in accessing the accommodation)
- Check-out before 10 a.m. (late check-out possible on request and with supplement)

Linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price of the stay. For economic reasons we wish to give everyone the choice to take their own sheets, towels and to do the cleaning at the time of departure.

Available options:
- End-of-stay cleaning: 60 €
- Bed linen kit: €18 for a double bed / €15 for a single bed (bed making not included)
- Kit a bath towel and a towel: 9 € (the bath mat is provided when a towel linen kit is ordered)
- Kit of 3 dish towels: 4 €

Please specify your request when booking. The request for linen rental must be made at least 7 days before arrival in the rental (duvets and/or blankets and pillows are available on site). The request for end-of-stay cleaning must be made no later than 72 hours before departure. From July 1st to August 31st, no cleaning order can be made after your arrival. In the event of a reservation made less than 7 days before arrival, linen rental and cleaning requests can be accepted subject to availability.

Charging an electric vehicle is not allowed (charging points are located near the accommodation).
