Open kitchen, living and dining area, full kitchen with seating at bar, washer & dryer, sleeper sofa, reserved off street parking, downtown shops, restaurants, and activities right outside your door. Nice balcony.

No cleaning fish in the condo. $100 charge for doing so.

Exactly as advertised! Super clean and perfectly located. Check in was easy and the bed was super comfortable! Will definitely stay again.

Great location

This place was in a great location in downtown Ludington!!! Very clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend vacation! And we loved that our cousins could rent the place right next to us! So convenient! We will definitely be back next year and we will be extending our stay!

Close to Marina

Second floor one bedroom with full kitchen and laundry…..the property manager was easy to communicate with, when we experienced a small issue……the building was quiet and we really enjoyed the little balcony…..

Perfect location!

The condo is in the heart of Ludington and is walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants and stores. The unit is modern and clean and includes a stackable washer and dryer. We would love to return.

Clean Condo; Excellent Location

Well appointed and very clean. Downtown Ludington, the beach, places to eat, etc. are all very convenient and within walking distance. I have stayed here numerous times before and will choose it again. Highly recommend!

Great spot downtown

An apartment perfect for two people - very clean and had just enough room. Balcony was an added bonus. Close to everything - can walk to all restaurants downtown and even the beach. Quick drive to the State Park. Manager was very helpful when we had some problems with booking online. So glad it all worked out!

Ludington-Downtown

Great location downtown. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. A wine opener would have been great and shower curtain rod is a little rusty. Would love a little bed side table.

Great location!

Clean and a great location. It took a little time to get used to a Roku TV so some fundamental instructions on how to use the TV would be helpful.

Perfect location for downtown venue!

I rented this space for our photographers that would be doing our wedding. They loved staying do close to downtown, loved the little balcony. Everything was clean and worked properly. Thank you Linda!

Perfect location !

I’ve visited Ludington dozens of times and have stayed at a lot of different places. This place is close to the main road so everything accessible by foot. The rooms were very clean and the whole place was immaculate. I’ll make this my new spot each time I visit.

It is a lovely space wIt’s a great deck!

Ludington is a beautiful town, the space was great and we could walk to the lake and downtown to shop and eat! I highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Comfortable bed

Very clean and had everything we needed, quiet neighborhood and building, easy to walk to Lake Michigan or uptown to shop. Parking was off street and easy to use. Owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to our messages. Loved the outside deck both morning and nite. Would rent again if we pass by again.

Great place to stay!

Easily walkable to everything downtown Ludington has to offer and to the beach. It was clean, and the property manager was very easy to get ahold of.

Not terribly welcoming. Does not adhere to VRBO stated service animal policy

Nice enough room but not a service oriented propery. If you need extra things like pillows or blankets you have to bring them yourself. Upon arrival the refrigerator was not turned on and so was not cold. Could not get air conditioning to come on.
