This open-concept two bedroom, one bath apartment has all the comforts of home in the middle of all the fun Ludington offers! Master bedroom features a king bed with huge windows overlooking exciting James Street activities. Second bedroom features a queen bed with a large closet and views of the downtown area. Open kitchen, living and dining area includes a dining table, full kitchen, washer & dryer, reserved off street parking, downtown shops, restaurants, and activities.

All garbage, including items in the refrigerator, must be removed from the condo prior to your departure. There are garbage bins located south side.
No cleaning fish in the condo. $100 charge for doing so.

The host made the trip, we had a furnace failure and couldn't make our date. She arranged for us to come the next weekend, no extra cost. Outstanding!!! The condo was extremely clean and comfortable.The only downside is the bartender at the bar across the street rides a Harley and leaves at 2:30am, no fault of the host. We had a great stay.

Couldn’t ask for more

This was the perfect spot for our family of four. Plenty of room. The bedrooms were large. The washer and dryer is a must for a beach vacation. Easily walked downtown for restaurants and morning coffee. Loved having a code to get in instead of a key. Air conditioning was perfect but fans available if you need it. My two daughters loved sitting at the table to play cards and made forts in the large closets. Highly recommend and we hope we can stay again in the future.

Great place downtown

Our place was extremely nice and had plenty of room for the 4 of us to enjoy a week vacation! Loved that everything was walking distance. Place was clean and jad everything we needed. This is our second time staying with this host and we will be back next year!!

Just right

Perfect apartment for a stay. Easy walking to restaurants and water front. Dedicated parking so nothing worry about if you’re coming and going. We will be back.

Chilhood revisited

This was brothers and spouses revisiting the area of chilhood vacations. The weather was great, the rental was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower had good pressure but needs an adjustment so it's a little gentler. Would stay here again.

Great for long weekend with adult kids!

Apartment was just as described, very clean, close to shops, bars, restaurants, The Badger, marina....anything you could want. We would stay here again if needed. The only thing I will say is that the parking spaces are tight. If you have a big SUV or truck larger than an F150, bring another vehicle. We have an F150 and barely made it. But that would not stop us from coming again. Great little spot!

It's bigger than we thought!

A big group of our friends goes camping near Ludington every year. We're over sleeping on the ground in tents, so we opted for this place nearby. It was perfect. I wanted to say in my review that the listing is not quite accurate; it's so much bigger than it looks online! A real pleasant surprise. One really neat feature: You can see the SS Badger and SS Spartan from the bathroom window! Our only glitch was that things got noisy outside when the bar across the street closed. But...small town noisy. It only lasted for about ten minutes and then it was over. Great place!

Condo at Wm Strand Bldg Ludington, MI

Charming two bedroom condo located in the heart of downtown Ludington. Walking distance to everything downtown. A couple block walk to beaches. 2 very large bedrooms and tastefully decorated throughout unit. Check in/check out easy. Would stay there again.

Lake trip

Very clean. Well stocked. Great location. No elevator so steps were a bit much for my 81 and 84 year old parents. Designated parking was very tight. Overall the place was very nice.

Perfect location

The unit was a lot bigger than I thought! Was very nice and very clean. Location was perfect, we were in town for a wedding. We could walk basically anywhere we needed to go. FYI to future guests no where sells food after 10pm so make sure you have food before!!! If I find myself back in ludington I will stay here again!
