The Berkeley offers a beautiful, clean, & modern space for 6 guests within walking distance of Adams State University & a close distance to all San Luis Valley attractions. 3 bedrooms, 2 custom tile bathrooms, game room, & 2 large living room areas offer lots of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen offers a large & bright area with brand new appliances & a large counter top with plenty of seating. The attached dining room includes a fireplace for those cold San Luis Valley nights.

This rental includes FREE admission to Sand Dunes Recreation Hot Springs during your entire stay! Sand Dunes Recreation is located 30 minutes north of Alamosa.

We love the living area and beautiful decor. The house is clean and well stocked. This is our 3rd stay at the Berkeley House. Donny and Carly are very friendly and responsive hosts. No complaints whatsoever!

We loved our stay! The home was located in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and had large common areas. The furniture was comfortable. Enjoyed the large shower in the master bedroom. Well stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect getaway

The house was just as described! Perfect location and set up for our stay. We have kids at ASU, so staying in this home made our trip to visit very comfortable. The owners are very responsive to questions and/or concerns. We will definitely be back!

Nice place to acclimate

We wanted to acclimate before heading to higher altitude. It was charming and relaxing. The Sand Dunes were a hit with our teens.

We loved this home! It’s completely updated and has all the amenities we love in a home (minus central air). But the fans and great circulation made our stay very pleasant and I enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen

Clean, well-stocked house!

We loved our stay at this cute place in Alamosa, furnished with everything to make our stay comfortable, and our kids loved the foosball table! Check-in was super easy and in a quiet neighborhood (to our liking) in addition to being close to downtown. Temps were a little elevated in the house so the fans were appreciated. Thank you!

Beautiful home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was so comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids (they loved the foosball table!). Really nice location with plenty of close amenities. We did a lot of our own cooking and meals, so the big, gorgeous kitchen was perfect. The beds were SO comfortable - which is always such an unknown, but we all slept so well and enjoyed being close to Great Sand Dunes. This place also came with complementary wrist bands to Great Sand Dunes rec area hot springs - which were a big hit with the kids (and adults)! Would absolutely stay here again if we get the chance.

Enjoyable stay

I was a little skeptical of staying in a property without any guest reviews, however we decided to try this one since the listing looked so great. Well as a matter of fact the property is even better than as shown online. Its a beautifully renovated mid century modern home with big rooms and lots of space. The choice of furniture is high quality and the appliances are top of the line. The house is very quiet and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The owner was responsive to all my inquiries .I highly recommend staying here.
