We had a great stay with 5 grandkids and their parents. Plenty of space. Beautiful backyard. Having so many seats at counter for short order grandkid cook really came in handy and was fun. We had them each take turns to make up a story about some unique piece of art while we cooked and ate. Lots of memories made.

This house is so beautiful. The high-end style is impressive. The touches of art and design throughout are welcoming. The kitchen is huge and has storage space and everything needed to cook. It was easy to prepare food for eight. We ate on the kitchen at the ample counter. There is also a beautiful dining table. The sleeping rooms are very well appointed. The host made sure to have paper essentials and cleaning supplies on hand. The location is in a very nice neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants. We were in town to visit the Great Sand Dunes. It was an easy drive to the dunes. And as a huge bonus, the hosts included free wristband passes to the Sand Dunes Recreation Pool. We definitely took advantage of this luxury.

Perfect house for the family wedding

Comfortable house in a nice neighborhood

5 of us “gal pals” stayed in this home. 7 of us originally committed but 2 had to cancel, one last minute. The house definitely accommodated all of us comfortably. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and the property manager was SUPERB at community with me prior to arrival & while we were there. We discovered a few items that didn’t function but didn’t affect our stay. The property manager appreciated us being their attention to those items. I highly recommend. Note: 3 of the 4 bedrooms are upstairs but that didn’t pose a problem for us.

Beautiful Home Conveniently Located

This house is so cute and was the perfect accomodations for my family! Everyone loved it. Everything was conveniently located and it was nice to have a grocery store so close. We had a few family members who had never fished and found a place close, and two out of four caught fish. This was a very memorable trip and I hope to come back to this house soon!

Perfect Fit

This house was a perfect fit for my family. We needed a place to gather as we were in town for the funeral of my mom. The City House checked all the boxes. It was big enough for several of us to stay there and for all family members to get together and not be stepping on each other toes. I highly recommend this property if you are having a family gathering for whatever reason.

Perfect spot for Christmas family reunion

We absolutely loved the “City House”! We chose Alamosa as a central location for our multi-generational family reunion for Christmas and we were extremely fortunate to have found this property. We had 8 adults ranging from 22-62 and 3 kids, 5, 7 & 12. The property was perfect with plenty of room for all of us. Our dogs loved the large fenced back yard. Two different living room areas with big screen TV’s allowed us variety in watching sports and also Xmas movies. Location is great as well with very nice park just a short walk away. The bonus amenity of free day passes to Sand Dunes hot springs cannot be overstated; that place is amazing. All in all we could have been happier and strongly recommend this place. We will be back!!!

European House

Nice clean home with large kitchen. No hairdryer Needs a screen on the master bedroom balcony door (no air conditioner). Fun to see deer in the neighborhood. Fire pit made for a yummy evening (s’mores). Overall great experience.

A warm experience!

Nice sized house for a larger family gathering. It was above average temperatures (about 90 - average is 82) and this house does not have central A/C. The extremely noisy cheap window A/C unit in the family room next to the kitchen does nothing noticeable and an assortment of portable fans did very little to remove heat from the house making indoor time (such as sleeping) less enjoyable. The house appears wired for ceiling fans and one in every bedroom would have been nice for silent air movement. Opening windows and running noisy portable fans all night made it feel like being next to the busy freeway. We usually stay at a VRBO once a year and so far this has been the one that could use the most TLC to enhance comfort. The yard is nicely maintained but we had to clean up a number of deposits left by prior pet visitors so the kids could play on the grass. We otherwise enjoyed our stay and the complimentary hot springs pool passes.

Relaxing space after long days

House was large enough for all 11 of us. We loved the quiet neighborhood and it's walkability. Big kitchen, large yard, and two family type living rooms. Lots of fans to help with the warm temperatures. Our only issue was regulating the water temperature in the showers fast enough. Lovely space and relaxing after our long days on the train, alligator farm and sand dunes. Thank you!

Family trip

We came for the weekend to celebrate Father's Day with extended family. This house was the perfect place for our little family to reset at the beginning and end of each day. The house and neighborhood were beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
