Agréable Maison Située à 600 m de la Plage, Dans un Écrin de Verdure

Pleasant house located 600 m from the corniche and the beach in the town of Bretignolles-sur-Mer, in a quiet condominium in a green setting. Come and enjoy with family or friends the various activities offered on the site (heated collective swimming pool from mid-June to mid-September, tennis courts, petanque, playgrounds for children).
Located 10 minutes walk from the Plage de la Parée, you will also have a small shopping center in the condominium where you can find a bakery, butcher-delicatessen-caterer, creperie and a pizzeria/snack.
The house consists of a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a separate toilet on the first floor. Upstairs, you will find 1 bedroom with cupboard with 1 double bed 140, a 2nd bedroom with cupboard composed of 2 twin single beds and 1 bunk bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster; television.
A south-facing terrace awaits you (tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue) with awning and on the other side direct access to a large green area. Private parking space.
The cycle path (Vendée littoral) is 600m away.
10 km from St Gilles Croix de Vie and 18 km from Les Sables d'Olonne.
Ideal for a weekend of surfing with friends (5 minutes from the famous surf spots of Bretignolles) or for a few days with the family (absolute calm, proximity to the sea...)

Short-stay, weekly, or fortnightly rental.
Reservation 1 week mandatory (7 nights) minimum in July and August from Saturday to Saturday.

-Duvets and pillows provided, bring bed linen and towels.
-Pets not allowed. Non-smoking rental.
-Cleaning must be done at the end of the stay. Optional end-of-stay cleaning possible (+80€) depending on availability. Tourist tax not included.
Some elements of the contract may not be usable (swimming pool, outdoor games, etc.) due to external events and/or
totally independent of the will of the agent; the lessee will not be able to claim any compensation.

Très jolie maison décorée avec goût avec petit extérieur très agréable. Stéphanie la propriétaire est très réactive et sympathique et Muguette qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez Stéphanie qui est une hôte remarquable tant sur la communication, l'accueil et l'exactitude de l'annonce, les informations utiles afin de passer des vacances très agréables. La maisonnette est bien située et d'une propreté irréprochable, bien aménagée , rien ne manque, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour agréable à quelques minutes de l'océan.

Séjour agréable dans une maison bien équipée. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons eu un bon accueil avec une personne charmante et disponible. Les contacts avec les propriétaires étaient très bons et avec le soucis de notre confort.

4 jours dans une maison coquette, bien entretenue et au calme en cette fin juin. Super échange avec les propriétaires et la personne responsable de l'accueil. Je recommande.
