The home is about10 minutes away from Siesta Key Beach. This charming house includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a beautiful fenced and screened garden that is perfect place to unwind when you're not splashing in the Gulf, dining at delicious waterfront restaurants, or exploring the nearby parks, shops, and museums.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Beautiful community and a good unit. Property manager Ingrid is first rate. Could not have been more responsive, helpful and friendly. No ability to access golf was a disappointment but known in advance. Pool and hot tub very close. 20-30 mins to Siesta Key Beach. Shopping nearby. Restaurants everywhere. Great location.

Lovely property, although a bit dated, in beautiful Prestancia!

This was our first winter in Florida. What a wonderful experience. The house was as represented on the VRBO listing, although a bit more dated than was obvious from the photos. In spite of this, it was an incredible place to spend three months away from our normal winters. The community is incredible and the location is so convenient to so many amenities. The property manager was very responsive.

Nice home in a great location.

We rented for 1 month and everything was pretty much as expected except the master bathroom shower. The water pressure was nonexistent! We also had a small problem with ants and cockroaches. The manager was always available by phone. The pool is very close to the house and well maintained. Unfortunately there are tall trees during the winter that prevent the pool area from getting sun in the later afternoon. Neighbors were very friendly.

Hello Christine, I’m happy you enjoyed your stay. I’m sorry about the cockroaches and ants. Unfortunately, cockroaches are very common in Florida and the property is externally and internally sprayed to prevent alive pests from entering. I’m happy we were able to resolve the small number of ants with some traps. Im sorry about the shower pressure but, after reviewing the property it seems the shower does have adequate pressure.

Excellent

This property is kept in immaculate condition and has everything u need for a great vacation! Location is very central and the area is beautiful. Any small issues were addressed immediately. Would definitely stay here again!
