A Whale of a Good Time!

Beatifully updated pool home complete with two master suites that both have access to the pool. A fun double bunk room for the kiddos. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan with a remote. Plenty of room for families and large groups. Huge backyard, quiet neighborhood and private pool, two fire pits, corn hole boards and bags. The indoor shuffleboard table provides endless entertainment. The closet is full of puzzles and board games. Giant full size kitchen, completely stocked with everything you need. Dining room with seating for six and seating for four more at the kitchen island.Two car garage and plenty of driveway space to park multiple vehicles. We are pet friendly and have a fully fenced in back yard. There is a temperature controlled grill on the pool deck for the grillmaster in your group.There are Roku TVs in every room except for the bunk room. We are 6 miles from world renowned beaches, close to rowing facilities, big cat habitat, and museums. Many local breweries nearby. We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach bag, and a soft cooler so you’re all set to to enjoy our beautiful beaches. There is a Target, a Publix, a Winn Dixie, and many restaurants 5 minutes away.

Beautiful large home suitable for 8

Booked this updated 3b/3b pool home for 8 days. 6 family members joined us 1 day/night for a mini reunion. The home was clean, very large caged pool, and FULLY stocked for games/toys/beach towels and anything a chef would need to prepare meals in the unbelievably HUGE gorgeous kitchen! Had an issue with garbage disposal and owner was quick to respond. Plumber arrived in 1 hour (on a SUNDAY!) The rain shower heads in bathrooms had great strong water pressure for anyone with long hair (you know what I mean, right? Some rain showers are so weak that it takes forever to rinse off!) Lovely unique neighborhood, great for morning walks. We met many dog-walkers. Hit Linger Lodge (casual) in Bradenton for lunch, 13 miles N. Great View of Braden River, food and service excellent. Also hit Jungle Gardens 5 miles from home. I am a flamingo-lover, and had a great time hand-feeding them which is a rare opportunity! Owner is quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Family spring break trip

Our family enjoyed staying at the home. The property owner has equipped the home well. The pool and lanai was a great spot to hang out. We hope to visit again.

Wonderful Month Away in a Beautiful Setting

The property matches the online description perfectly. A nice home with room (and bathrooms!) for everyone. The outside enclosed lanai is lovely and where we spent most of our time. Quiet neighborhood. Hosts were immediately responsive for all needs and questions.

Sarasota winter getaway

Owner was very responsive to all our requests and questions. Enjoyed the pool, lanai and fire table. Very large kitchen and dining area for our group. Neighborhood was nice to walk in. It was close to all our activities. We enjoyed the Sarasota Farmers Market on Saturday as well as an art festival.

Space for everything

The property was amazing. Good location close to downtown and the beaches. Plenty of space to not feel like you were on top of one another. Slept all of us comfortably.

Wonderful stay!

This is a great house! Perfect place for large/ multi family stay. Kitchen is sooo spacious, 2 large master bedrooms and a bunk room with 4 beds. Will definitely use again for our stays in FL! Owners were so easy and great to work with!!

Wonderful Stay

Nanette’s home is as pictured. She had everything you could need and more. There’s so much space to move about comfortably. There was a storm during our stay and the house felt safe and quiet! Our kids are fish and loved the pool!

A great place to relax.

It was a very friendly quiet neighborhood, close to where I live so that was nice. Everything was just what we wanted. Pool was heated and clean. Great location for seeing the spots right off a main road going into downtown. We had a blast!

We loved the property. The size of the kitchen/dining room is amazing. Very well stocked kitchen for 2 of us who love to cook. The pool and outside area were great to lounge in during the heat. We will stay again for certain.

Perfect Peace

We came down as family and friends to celebrate my Mom’s life. A Whale of a Good Time was the perfect place for our family and friends to gather and honor her memory. The beauty and peace of the property was a balm to our sorrow. We had a wonderful time together reminiscing, playing games, and swimming in the pool. Would definitely visit again!

House was perfect!

We were in town for kids sport event. Us and another family stayed. It was clean and perfect size. Plenty to entertain with pool heated, shuffleboard, corn hole, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Truly a Whale of a Good Time!!

The property was perfect for our family Christmas. We travel to FL each year to spend the holiday with my brother and my parents and cousins who all live around FL. We like to pick a place that has great amenities to keep young kids and teens entertained. This place was perfect. The host was easy to contact and responded asap. The kitchen was amazing for our family to cook a large meal and eat together as well as play games. The yard was so much more than expected. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone. The location was so close to amazing teaches. I would 100% recommend this home and I definitely plan to rebook here.

Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home in a great location, was very clean and had everything we needed. Only a few miles from downtown Sarasota that we were able to easily take an Uber to and from. The heated pool was amazing and it was the perfect little getaway spot. The only thing is we were unable to get any of the outdoor string lights to work, but that was a minor detail in an otherwise great stay.

We loved the house! Very clean and comfy. My only complaint is it’s a little dark inside, and not enough light to get the house bright inside. But other than that, beds were nice. Lots of room and kids loved the pool.

When we arrived the home was beautiful. Very spacious and welcoming. Kitchen area was perfect for a small gathering. Plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy including the pool. Have to see it for yourself the pictures do not show the beauty of this house. I would definitely re book and recommend. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Lovely home and neighborhood

We live on the Keys and needed a higher ground place for our family and neighbor to ride out the hurricane. This is lovely home provided the refectory place for the five of us to comfortably rest. It was well equipped, with plenty of room for us to be together and to have quiet time. The hosts were very helpful as we moved our things back and forth. Made the whole situation easy! The pool and screened patio was a wonderful place to relax and the neighborhood was friendly and accessible. Definitely a place we will we return!
