We enjoyed our time at this rental. It was very clean and the view from the rooftop and main bedroom balcony are fantastic!! Loved the Dolly wall as well. Great location and the host is very responsive. Thank you for a nice stay!

We had a wonderful stay and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family gathering. Communication was easy, check-in was seamless, and everything we needed was provided. We truly enjoyed our time together and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for a successful and stress-free family getaway!

Amazing Place to stay in Nashville!

This was our second year staying here and it didn’t disappoint. Walk to the gulch, scooter to Broadway, and enjoy all the Dolly decor! We love staying here and can’t wait to come back!

Excellent place!

We stay at many STRs and this place went above and beyond across the board. Beautiful place, good location, extremely clean, and the hosts were responsive and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The house and host were both AMAZING!!!! Such a great location, the house had all 1st class appliances/amenities/decor, and the rooftop was spectacular! The host went above and beyond with every question/request as well. Will HIGHLY recommend this rental to everyone I know:)

Love the Rooftop View

We had a group of 10 women and we absolutely loved our stay. The place is very nice and was close to everything that we did. The rooftop patio was great a night overlooking downtown Nashville!

Perfect stay!

Beautiful spacious condo! Great area and convenient to everything. Super clean and comfortable. Our family had a great time, really enjoyed the roof-top patio and fire pit with amazing views. Kathy was a great host and we look forward to staying again next time in Nashville.

This vrbo was a wonderful find. Host was very responsive. Being located just outside of downtown was very convenient. Downtown or south nashville both within 30-40min walking distance. Would recommend!

Top spot in Nashville

Perfect location to everything you want to see in a weekend in Nashville. House was clean, comfortable and had the extra touches of luxury linens. Home was perfect for our large family. Quiet, nice neighborhood.

Great Place for 3 couples or more

Plenty of Room, amazing view of downtown from Rooftop. It is walkable to downtown, it took about 25 minutes with a "beverage stop" at Party Fowl!

Bachelorette Weekend

Kathy’s place was the perfect spot for 12 girls for bachelorette weekend. Close to the gulch and Broadway. The decor and rooftop was stunning. Would stay here again in the future

Great location, responsive and caring host

Very impressive home. Convenient location that allowed us to walk to most of our destinations. Also enjoyed the City view from the rooftop patio. Appreciated having the garage/off street parking since some of us drove in.
