From the initial reservation made to checking out, it was a smooth process. The host was attentive, responsive & caring. The house was welcoming w/ ample supplies to meet all our needs such that we didn't have to run out for anything. Location was centered to stores & restaurants & all the activities we had on our itinerary. An added feature was the the Welcome booklet that was informative & helpful.

Cody was great to communicate with and he has a great place. None of the 5 of us that stayed there have any complaints and give his house a five star rating.

Wonderful house with a stoked kitchen and plenty of room. The host communicated regularly to enaure there were no issues. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of this home was perfect for all of our planned activities. Home was clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Host kept uin touch and offered great advice on local activities.

Great house! The communication was excellent from start to finish. We had the opportunity to meet the owner of the home, and he was a huge help in so many ways, making our trip easier and more successful. There was plenty of parking for our boat and jet skis. It is located close to the lake and to several stores and restaurants. The house was clean, and for the most part, the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was that the pullout futon could not be used because it was broken. Other than that, it was a nice place, and we will stay here again, you should try it, we think you will be happy as well!

Our stay was short here, but the home was very nice and met our needs well. Our group ranged from 72 to one and a half years old. I would recommend this home for a stay.

Loved our stay! This home was perfect for our stay; great location for dining and proximity to the Wahweap marina, had all the parking we needed for our family and boat, updated to modern, and a great place to cool off after long days on the lake. Thank you!

Perfect house for our stay. We were coming in town with 2 trucks and jet ski trailers. House has two driveways long enough to park both. Very nice house, clean bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, perfect place to stay for our two families.

Amazing Place!!

Our group of four had an amazing stay at Cody’s place. The home was very comfortable and exactly as described. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, linens and towels. The gas grill was a plus. The location is great for day trips. Communication with Cody was great. Highly recommend, I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Our two families with four adults and five kids ages 6-9 had a great stay. The house was conveniently located to restaurants and hikes. The house was clean and had plenty of space. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for all 5 kids to have one big sleepover together. The host shared a really useful list of restaurants and activities with us which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay in Page

Six of us stayed in Cody’s home and we easily could have fit a few more people. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The location is perfect for exploring antelope canyon and the marina was just a short drive. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Page.

Plenty of room. Great facilities. Lots of bedding. Big kitchen for meal prep. Used the barbecue and firepit.Perfect for a group of friends.

In for a run

A group of us came in for a marathon. The house was perfect!! Quiet location, great kitchen and a comfy living room. The bedrooms were great and we even used the bunk bed room as a staging area for our stuff. Cannot recommend this house enough! It was great!

Wonderful stay with the family

My family and my BIL family stayed here for 2 nights. It was perfect in that the kids had a huge yard, bunk beds, staircases and board games to keep themselves occupied. It was spacious enough for 4 adults and 4 kids. Close to everything that you can ask for - antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, restaurants,grocery stores. The kitchen was stocked with condiments, utensils and the appliances were in perfect working condition. Host was just amazing and responsive. We loved loved loved it!. We will be back

Great place with a great host

We stayed here for 2 nights, 6 buddies going paddling into Antelope Canyon and then paddling Horseshoe Bend the following day.Right in the middle of Page. Quiet neighborhood, big house, looked mostly newly remodeled.Big driveway, use of the garage including washer/dryer.Nice big family room with leather couches/recliner. Big kitchen table.3 upper bedrooms with big queens. Lower bedroom had one bunk and then a couple of extra twin mattresses for the floor.I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Host was super responsive and helpful. Thanks!

Convenient location and great property manager!

We came to Page to boat on Lake Powell. This house was clean and in a great location. The property managers were super responsive and very helpful!
