Open concept house with a large lanai, a heated pool in a friendly neighbohood,
The 40 foot dock overlooking the canal give guests an opportunity to fish, kayak, boat, or just relax and take in the scenery and wildlife such as jelly fish, dolphins, manatees, sea birds and more.
This home has an open concept kitchen and living room with sliding glass doors that open up to the lanai bringing everyone together.
The large kitchen table and a breakfast bar provides enough area for you and all your guests. Furnished with coffee maker, pots, pans, slow cooker, and basic utensils.
There are 3 good size bedrooms all with queen size beds, bath linens, hair dryer, towels and bedding provided. Washer and Dryer in garage.
You can explore the near by beaches like Englewood Beach, Manasota Key and Ft. Meyers beach just a quick car ride away. There is shopping, restaurants and bars that are minutes away.
Pontoon rentals and kayak rentals minutes away. Port Charlotte beach has a community pool, a long fishing pier, beach, boat ramp, bocce balls, tennis courts, volley ball courts, bathrooms, pavilions and a playground.....all within walking distance!

Comfy home with pool on canal with harbor access!

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with boat dock for easy harbor access, this 3 bd/2ba home had just what we needed for our extended stay. Saltwater pool was amazing, kitchen was well-stocked, and host was very helpful answering any questions we had. We loved being so close to all the great Punta Gorda restaurants, farmer's markets, and shops too.

Great location perfect set up. Close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean, very quiet, pool was awesome. Punta Gorda nightlife was awesome!

Beautiful Florida Property

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this home. Everything was as pictured. Pool was great. Located on a waterway and was able to watch boats come in and out. Home is very well stocked. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Excellent Vacation home

Beautiful house in a great neighborhood. The pool was warm and clean. Nice canal in the back to enjoy or fish in. Homeowners were easy to get ahold of with questions. House was stocked with basic toiletries. Shopping close by so it helped save money by eating in. Beautiful beaches close by too. I would highly recommend this place!

Quiet neighborhood

The house is located at the end of the street where it is quiet and yet close to the harbor park and any shopping. Very clean. We liked sitting outside at the table in the lanai where we could feel the breeze while out of the sun. We had a few questions when we arrived and Tom answered our call promptly and walked us through what we needed to know about the TV and the pool. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Port Charlotte March 2024

Absolute great place to stay either for excursions to other beaches or just staying put. Great access to shopping, great eating, 5 minutes to Punta Gorda and the Fisherman's Village shops and dining, 35 minutes to Englewood and Stump Pass beach(personal favorite). Hour and change to Sanibel Island. Great fishing off of dock in canal. Awesome fishing at pier at Port Charlotte even using hand lines. House is very quite as is the neighborhood in general. neighbors are friendly and social. House is set up very well for a staycation or as just a place to sleep. Will defiantly be back.

Disappointed

The freezer had issues and was dripping water onto the floor daily, which we had to clean up. Even after talking to the owner, no one was sent to resolve. Additionally, the refrigerator was not cleaned from the previous tenant. House is definitely in start-up mode. Kitchen only had plastic plates and glasses. Very few microwavable dishes, little food storage, and only 1 Rubbermaid container. We purchased several items to make the stay more enjoyable and left them behind. Two bedrooms do not have any clothes storage. No access to the master bedroom closet. Very few hangers in the other closets. Location was great, with easy access to Highway 41, supermarkets, and the public park.

Nice lay out, clean rooms.. great kitchen.. nice pool..beds were quite small, no televisions in any of the bedrooms, master closet was locked making it difficult to hang clothes

Perfect weekly getaway!

We were looking for a home with a pool and on the water and that’s exactly what we found and more! The pool was the perfect temp for all day and evening swimming. Fishing and sea life was abundant in the canal. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. The neighborhood beach park was excellent too! The house gave us enough room to spread out, cook our meals in the perfectly stocked kitchen and relax at night with a movie. We will be back!

Excellent host

Only had one issue with the property that was not a real problem. Master bedroom needs more space for close to be hung. The host answered all my questions quickly. I would definitely rent this property again. Nice neighborhood

Wonderful hosts and wonderful place!

Wonderful hosts and wonderful place! We had a wonderful stay in Port Charlotte! We have had a stressful year and we needed peace and quiet and warm weather and this wonderful property provided everything we could have hoped for and more! It was clean and beautiful and we were near things to see and visit but mostly just enjoyed the pool and the lovely home. We had a few questions and the hosts answered us almost immediately and made sure everything was just right. We hope to stay here again! It was wonderful.

Amazing stay!

Tom was an amazing host in every way. From answering questions before booking to check-in and throughout the stay, responses were timely and helpful. The house was immaculate as well as beautiful and spacious. We had everything we needed in terms of basics, very generous in some cases, especially with the coffee filters :) I can't say enough about the backyard space with the heated pool!! It was heavenly and the most used part of the house by far. The beach was within walking distance and lovely to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!

Family vacation escape house

The house is absolutely beautiful! Seriously! The decor is beautiful. Our family enjoyed the saltwater pool, which was a bonus as my son often is allergic to chorine. The residential location is not touristy, bit is quiet and peaceful. It was a perfect getaway for vacation, near family, but still our own location to relax and enjoy. Thank you so much.

This property exceeded my expectations by a mile! The property owners were always quick to respond and made it known to reach out to them if anything should arise - big or small. The house is beautiful and conveniently located. The pool was an incredible way to cool off from the Florida sun. I would definitely stay here again!

Quiet Canal Getaway

Lovely property located on a canal with a dock for fishing. Kitchen is updated with lots of common space. Nice pool and lanai. Owners were very responsive and the neighbors were very nice.

Lovely home

The home was in a perfect location. However the furniture in the bedrooms was very sparse as well as the items in the kitchen for cooking meals. We purchased a pitcher and a small charcoal grill and left these items for the next family

Great location

This house is in a really ideal location for water sports. We went fishing and snorkeling saw lots of dolphins and other wildlife. The pool area was ideal for cooling off after a long day fishing and at the beach.

Relaxing

This is a nice property in a very quiet neighborhood. There were dolphins swimming in the canal off and on. It was very peaceful.
