When we entered the house, it was so clean. This house offered everything that we needed and more. Perfect location for visiting Fort Myers or north into Annabelle Island. The host is very responsive with anything we needed. There was beach chairs, a beach, umbrella, beach towels, coolers to go to the beach everything we needed. There is also kayaks to use. We did not have time to use them, but they looked fun. I will definitely rent this house again and I would recommend this house to rent for a family or just a couple. There are three bedrooms. We only needed one. Oh and the pool was very nice. There is a seat the whole length of the shallow end which I thought was pretty neat.

We liked being by the canal the pool area with the TV. So the guys could watch the game while being with the rest of the family. Kayaking was awesome too. The house was somewhat dated but very clean.

Second stay here. Very well maintained, updated older home. Convenient to Punta Gorda, Murdoch and North Port. Charlie is an excellent, responsive Host.

Nice quiet place to stay!

Everything was clean and the host is super attentive. Loved the place! Enjoyed grilling and chilling out by the pool and watching the fish jump in the canal. Nice quiet neighborhood also. I am definitely saving this house for future rental when I'm back over in that area. Venice Beach is only a 35 min drive away if you want to go search for shark teeth. - the water pressure was amazing too

Cozy home

The home was cozy and very clean and just as the photos describe! The host was extremely responsive. Street is busy and cars drive very fast, so this was a concern with pet/kids. Overall though, would recommend staying here!

Great home!

We loved our stay. We spent most of the time in the pool. But we would definitely stay in this home again. And next time would like to take advantage of the kayaks. Great location.

Wonderful location close to everything with good places to eat near the home. The host was very helpful and the property very clean. We liked the pool! We would stay here again next time!

10 Day Stay

Overall an excellent stay Might suggest some labels on light switches we never figured out. While I didn't expect room service and the beds to be made up everyday More than 1 roll of toilet paper for a 10 day stay might of been nice.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was as advertised and more! We spent lots of time relaxing by the pool and loved the close proximity to the airport and any shopping we needed. Would definitely visit again!

Exceptional and memorable experience

My husband and I had a wonderful time. Charlie was an amazing host, communication was superb. The listing accurately describes the home. Impeccable cleanliness, a treasure trove of amenities, nestled in a serene neighborhood, and close proximity to anything and everything we needed. We used the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler to visit Venice beach and Siesta Key. We took advantage of the kayaks…the water level was a little low, but were still able to get in and out with ease. The pool was heated, which was completely unexpected since there wasn’t an up-charge for it. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!

A week of relaxation

We stayed at this property after 4 days of Disney. I couldn't have picked a better place to relax! The home is beautiful and well-equipped with EVERYTHING you need! My kids spent most of their time swimming in the amazing pool and hanging out in the living room. Plenty of room to spread out and have everyone in their own space. We especially loved being able to watch tv and swim at the same time. We enjoyed the bikes and kayaks that were provided. If we ever come back to this area, we will definitely stay here again. I can't say enough about what a lovely experience it was!

Family visit

Property was as described. We spent two weeks as we had come from Illinois to visit granddaughter. Everything was there to prepare food and enjoyed poolside meals. We also had pool time and game nights. Perfect place to relax and enjoy our family

We love the west coast and we always thought that when our retirement comes, we will be looking for a place in this area. We realized we had visited this area several times within the last couple of years, sometimes only to spend the day, so we decided to look for a place to serve both purposes, a vacation and retirement home. And we found it just right here, in Port Charlotte!

Port Charlotte is a very peaceful town. Everyone is very nice and helpful. We love the option of the canal with access to the Harbor and all the possibilities just with a quick drive to places!
