Welcome to the Green House in Vega Alta !! This Lovely home is located in a Very Private and Quite Rural Location yet a Short Drive From Everything. This Home is a 10 Minute Drive from the balneario cerro gordo, and a 15 Minute Drive from the Majestic La Playa Mar Chiquita and Puerto Nuevo. Located 25 Mins West of San Juan, it is in an extremely conveinient location to sightsee as it is a short distance from the highway. Enjoy the Rooftop Terrace, Private Courtyard and lovely nature nearby !!!! The home has 4 Bedrooms, The master bedroom has a king size bed, a Dresser and a Private Bathroom. There are Queen Size beds in 2 of the bedrooms with Dresser, The Last bedroom Features Bunkbeds, 3 of the 4 Bedrooms have their own TV's , The house has a Washer and Dryer, A Full Size Stove and a Full Size refridgerator. The Living Room also has a Television for your enjoyment. The home has recently been remodeled, features and outdoor Private Courtyard, a Rooftop Terrace and a Covered Front Porch so you can enjoy the Lovely Outdoor Temps even when its Raining. The location is Extremely Private , Quite and Peaceful at Night, You can relax and listen to the sweet sounds of nature and the coqui frongs. There a tons of Resturaunts nearby and Food Carts that serve mouth watering food. It is a 5 minute drive from the movie theater , and Shopping Mall, A 15 minute drive from the Tropical Paradise town of Dorado, 20 minutes from Plaza Las Américas , also 20 minutes from Casino Atlántico Manatí and Puerto Rico Premium Outlets in Barceloneta

This home is less than 5 minutes from Route 22 and Route 2 (The Main Coastal Highway of Puerto Rico). It is within a 15 minute drive of a Handful of AMAZING Beaches and is in a fantastic location to Sightsee and Visit the Capital City of San Juan. There are tons of things to do and shopping Nearby. This home Has been recently remodeled and Features 4 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. 2 of the Bedrooms have Air conditioning and the Home is Service by a Whole house Air Conditioned, Even without the AC, the home is Cool because of the Natural Shade from the Nearby Mountains behind the home . There is Hot Water at the home, a Washer and Dryer, A Stove, Refridgerato and A microwave. The home features a Private Courtyard and a HUGE Rooftop Terrace that offers amazing views.
