Hola y bienvenidos to our newly renovated home just 5 mins from Puerto Nuevo and Los Tubos beaches. This beautiful spacious 3 bedroom home is comfortable, clean and bright. House is stocked with board and card games along with beach amenities. Starlink internet for those that still must do some work while they play. Generator so if the power is interrupted your work and paradise experience won't be. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
The space
The Home is a 2 stories, the upper apartment can host up to 12 people and is located close to Puerto Nuevo and Los Tubos beaches, Puerto Nuevo beach is the only blue flag beach in Puerto Rico at the moment. The area boasts an active night life, the neighborhood is quiet safe and the neighbors are very friendly. Upstairs you can find a common porch and barbecue area. The house is fully equipped for everything you need for a great beach vacation.

Unit is on the 2nd floor the 1st floor may be rented by other visitors both units are available for large groups.
Other things to note
There are 3 parking spaces on the property 2 for the upstairs unit 1 for the lower unit other parking may be done at the road outside the gate.

Great stay

The place was beyond our expectations , the property manager was one call away and resolved any issues that arised in a timely manner. I’ve stayed in a ton of places these last 10 years or so and the experience that I had with this one easily makes it a top 3 stay for me.

Host very accommodating, the Enchanted Pearl was very clean and located not too far from the beach, restaurants and grocery. Would highly recommend.

The enchanted pearl

is truly enchanting clean, comfortable, very well equipped and beautiful. We were there to visit family and travelled all over the island. It was the perfect home base. We hope to return soon.

Enchanted Pearl

My family and I enjoyed 6 days at the Enchanted Pearl. The host was more than accommodating, and quick to respond to any need or concern we had. Close proximity to the beach (3 minute drive) and lots of quaint local restaurants. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy a slower pace of life for a while.

Hidden Gem

The house was a hidden gem in the middle of a homely neighborhood. It was perfect distance to the beach. Everything was nice and neat and Brian was absolutely awesome and attentive.

To start the house was very well kept clean and a great place to stay. The beach was 5 minutes from the house. There was sso many quality resturants all within 10 to 15 minutes from the house its was the best vacation ever. The property manager was the bigest help advising us about the island best location best house best people and best vacation ever.

Over all not bad

Beautiful house, clean. My only concern with the house, it is lacking on water pressure. I mean it is really bad, especially when the two showers are running.

I'm sorry to hear that there was lack of water pressure through the review. We have a cistern and water pump at the house if this was mentioned during your stay it could have been resolved immediately. After upgrading the main breaker to the house which happened 3 days prior to your stay the pump must have kicked out. There was no need to suffer though, a little communication could have resolved this.

Overall, we really enjoyed the stay at the property. It was in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of trees surrounding the house, located near a beach (10-15 minute walk). We enjoyed a bit of “rustic feel” as we saw/heard chickens around the house. There were 5 of us staying in this 3-bedroom apartment located upstairs. Bedrooms were clean, spacious and well updated. It was nice to have a bathroom in the master bedroom, in addition to a full bath for everyone else’s use. The kitchen was clean, updated and well equipped. The living and dining area was very spacious with nice furniture and had plenty of room for us to dine and relax. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony that surrounded the house. There were two parking spots in front of the house, so we didn’t have to park on the street. The property had a lockable gate for security. It also had an outside shower on the 1st floor level. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this clean, well updated and convenient property, and highly recommend for families. Last but not least, the host, Brian, was very helpful in many ways. He gave us great beach tips ahead of our arrival. Upon checking out, I forgot my pants in a bedroom and asked Brian to locate them. I requested if he could send them back to me and, with small shipping charge, he kindly sent them back!
