Welcome to our top-rated 5-bedroom family beach home in Sea Isle City. With ocean views, multiple private decks, and an easy, less-than-one-block walk to the beach (no streets to cross), this spacious and beautifully maintained home is designed for relaxed, memorable family vacations.

Located in a convenient and family-friendly part of Sea Isle, the home sits on Pleasure Avenue — a walkable, bike-friendly street with classic summer beach-town energy. Guests love being steps from the beach and within a short walk to Acme, CVS, Marita’s ice cream, restaurants, and the promenade. The combination of location, comfort, and thoughtful amenities is why families return year after year (just read the reviews).

Home layout:

First Floor
Ceramic tile entry foyer, full bath, laundry, and three queen bedrooms with ceiling fans, recessed lighting, mounted TVs, and walk-in closets. The rear bedroom features its own private covered ocean-side deck. (One bedroom closet is reserved for owner use.)

Second Floor
Open-concept kitchen, dining, and family room with character-grade oak flooring, ample recessed lighting, and built-in sound. The spacious family room features a large mounted TV with surround sound, ceiling fan, and double sliding doors opening to a covered ocean-view deck with comfortable patio furniture.
The kitchen includes granite counters, a large island with breakfast bar, stainless steel GE Profile appliances, tile backsplash, and a dining/breakfast area with dry bar. A powder room is also located on this level.

Third Floor
Two large en-suite bedrooms.
• The ocean-side primary suite features a private ocean-view deck, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, mounted Roku TV, large closet, and a spa-style bath with frameless glass shower.
• The second suite is even larger, with two queen beds plus a trundle (sleeping up to six), vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, double closet, mounted Roku TV, and upgraded tile bath.

Rental details:

During peak summer months, we offer weekly Sunday-to-Sunday rentals, which many guests prefer to avoid Saturday traffic and rental changeovers. Relaxing beach vacation home

We had a wonderful time at this property! It had all the amenities that we “needed”. Very very close beach access and beautiful covered deck where we enjoyed most of our time and meals. We would love to return for a future stay. The communication with the property owner was fantastic and check in/out was simple and easy. Thank you!!

Wonderful, spacious, clean, and easy access to all the best that Sea Isle City has to offer. Dave our host was great to work with from start to finish. The beach is beautiful, living room and decks are super spacious and enjoyable. Ice cream, the gym, and an amazing restaurant only 1 block away. Only 2 blocks from the grocery store, great pizza and breakfast spots. Really this place is super convenient for a nice relaxing stay and all the core amenities are right around the corner. I would come back and stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks Dave for everything and all your help during our stay. You really made things easy and relaxing for us!

Excellent location and responsive owner!

Our multi generational family loved staying at this house! It was well appointed, convenient to a food store, close to the beach, and comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed, the decks offered great ocean and street views, and the owner was easy to contact and helpful. We’d stay at this location again!

Memories and more

Memories are made by doing things that make you happy. Have a beautiful place to stay is just icing on the cake! This house was great. It met all of our family's needs. 3 bedrooms downstairs for the 'couples' and a great 'kids room' upstairs, along with a HUGE master. Plenty of seating for 14 of us. Open floor plan for when you want to be together and nicely separated bedrooms for when you don't. I would rent this place again in a heart beat.

Another great vacation at Sea Isle City!

This was our second year staying at the house for a week inn Sea Isle City! My family and my friends includes a total of 4 adults and 4 children, ages 7, 6, and two 4 year olds. What a blast to be RIGHT next to the beach and the ice cream shop :) Dave is a great communicator - the house was super clean, very well supplied (blow dryer, mixer, tons of cooking tools etc) and very comfortable. The great big couch was great for the kids, as were the outdoor decks. We love the location and it’s also a short walk to the bay and playground which we often frequented. Highly recommend this house for your next trip!

Wonderful vacation!

Extremely comfortable and beautiful beach house for our family (four couples and one baby). Couldn’t ask for a better location to the beach or for a quick run to food store, drug store or for some ice cream! We have always vacationed in Ocean City and decided to try something different this year and are so happy we did. The house was immaculate, kitchen is well stocked and made it easy to prepare any meals, and the beautiful and huge master bedroom on third floor with en-suite bath and deck was a luxury! The couch in the living room was the greatest! Sat eight of us! We enjoyed our time out on the second floor deck facing the ocean, but also spent time on the front deck watching all the morning joggers and bicyclists! This is a very pedestrian area of Sea Isle and we loved it!! Hard to leave this house!

Fun time

We enjoyed our stay in Sea Isle City. The only problem was coming from out of state, no linens were provided. No umbrellas or beach chairs. No bikes. So we had to rent everything. Also very small garbage cans so we had to send recycled items and garbage home with my brother who lives in the area. There is no grill or grilling allowed so that presented a big problem. The kitchen could have been better appointed, but was adequate.

Wonderful home and location

David was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. The home was well laid out for a family gathering, with plenty of seating in the family room, a large bedroom fit for 6 kids and two master bedrooms. We liked that there was an ocean view from the back, but also a deck and windows in the front to get the evening sunlight. We were surprised and delighted by a virtue of the location - a short walk to Acme (and Sands and CVS) so smaller grocery shopping trips for the family was far easier without needing to battle the traffic in the undersized Acme lot. The house was clean and well equipped and a short walk to the beach all by sidewalk for the kids. Not having a grill outside was the only real downside, but it's clearly noted in the description and perhaps more common than we realized. Would certainly recommend the home.

5 star rating is not enough!

I can‘t say enough positive comments about this property in Sea Isle City. Our multigenerational family, ages 8 to 74, experienced a wonderful week together, the first since 2016. The location was super. The beach was just around the corner, Acme, CVS, Marita’s ice cream stores are within walking distance, and a wonderful park is within walking distance,. The home was in spectacular condition upon our arrival, there are views of the beach and evening sunsets from the patios, and the home is located in a relatively quiet block. The owner was immediately available when we had one little glitch. The owner, Dave, was extremely kind and greeted us via text to see if everything was in order when we arrived, and did the same when we departed. Even though we had 5 cars, parking was not an issue until the holiday weekend. We just had to be a little more proactive in finding a spot to park. If I could, I would give this rental property and host a 10 star rating! An amazing home and a wonderful host!

Awesome family shore home

The house is in a perfect location. The entrance to the beach is right around the corner. You can see the beach from the two higher balconies, and even wake up to an ocean view. The street is also very quiet, and walkable to a variety of places. Upon entering the home you can immediately see how well maintained it is. All the rooms had comfortable beds, and the kitchen was well stocked. The living room had the largest sofa I had ever seen, making it truly comfortable for the whole family. Just off the living room was a large balcony where we could hang out as a family as well. Everything was clean and fresh. A place I would want to return to. Additionally, there was extra storage under the house to store bikes and beach stuff. It was located right next to the outdoor shower. A perfect amenity to be able to wash off the sand after the beach. Lastly, Dave was an amazing host. He was always available for any need. He also contacted me the first day to ensure that things were up to my expectations. Any time I needed him he was back to me within minutes. We needed the internet upgraded for my son to work and Dave got it done. He was so kind to us. A true blessing to work with.

Wonderful house, amazing location, and extremely helpful home-owner

I have only good things to say about our experience at this property. The house itself is in immaculate condition and decorated really tastefully. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances worked well. I loved that the living room couch is large enough to seat an extended family. We also loved the four balconies and ate outside looking at the ocean most nights. My older parents mostly sat on the front balcony and watched runners, bikers, dog walkers, etc go by. There is just the right level of activity in this part of Sea Isle - enough to be interesting but also a few blocks off the promenade and fairly quiet, with not too crowded beaches. There's easy parking and space for two cars and plenty of storage space on the side and rear of the house for bikes, boards, etc. The location is perfect. The beach is only a minute walk away, and the promenade five minutes. There's an ACME and CVS within a couple of blocks. A playground, basketball and tennis courts, and skateboard park were also an easy walk away and enjoyed by our children and teenagers. You can also easily walk to the pier at the bay and catch amazing sunsets. Finally, Dave (the owner) was extremely helpful. He responded very quickly to requests and questions and even got in touch with the cleaners after we left to help us find my son's lost retainer. I would have no hesitation renting this property from him again!

Great location for beach, great for reunion

We booked this property looking for a place to spend time with grandparents, adult kids, spouses, grandkids(4). It was a great set up for our family with a ideal location on the beach block so kids could walk without crossing a street! We spent time in the huge covered deck all day watching the ocean. And we had this amazing couch to hang and watch sports in the evening. The location is 5 min walk to drug and grocery so the teens could walk over anytime on an errand. One more block we’re beautiful tennis and basketball we used as a end of day treat after the beach. This house was ideal for us and the owner was very gracious in booking late in the season.

Great beach getaway!

This was a wonderful experience! The house, itself, is very large and beautifully built. It is also beautifully furnished. The kitchen is large and chef-friendly, and each of the 5 bedrooms are spacious, light, and very comfortable. And it is located a mere block from the beautiful, wide beach. Sea Isle City is a lovely town with many good restaurants, a beautiful beach, and nice residents and guests. It was extremely enjoyable and fun, not only for my wife and myself, but also for our two daughters (4 and 11), as well as for my wife's parents, and her sister and brother and their families. Wonderful Summer Family Vacation

Never having been to Sea Isle City before, we booked this property for a well-needed family vacation. And everything was just perfect! The house was beautiful and clean; and the very close location to the beach, the stores, the bike rental shops, the ice cream place, and the boardwalk was ideal. We biked and walked everywhere :) My family and I had a wonderful week and I would highly recommend this rental to others!

DON’T WAIT, BOOK NOW!!!

We had an amazing time at this property! These are the top things that made this place the absolute best spot in Sea Isle: -The house was IMMACULATE, which is always the first thing we notice. Not only was every floor, bathroom, bedroom, etc. perfect, but there were a bunch of extra supplies stocked so if we needed to do light cleaning throughout the week we could! -David was the most responsive host I’ve ever had in the years we’ve been renting properties. In addition to that, we left a bag after we had checked out and David went above and beyond in having it returned to us!! Absolutely amazing. -The location!! If you have kids, this is the best non-beach front property we could have found! You don’t have to cross a street to get to the beach, and as silly as that sounds, that’s life changing when dragging 4 kids to the beach. Very, very short walk to get to the beach access around the corner! You’re also right down the street from a liquor store, grocery store and a CVS, which everyone knows is a major bonus. -The physical house! Lots of patios to escape to if you want some time alone, one big patio on the main floor where we had morning coffee/dinner every night with the whole extended fam. The bedroom areas separated by different floors was also really nice, you felt like you had space and privacy even when vacationing with other families. Like other reviewers already mentioned, best couch ever. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!!

This property is a perfect location to enjoy all aspects of sea isle city.

Location location location. You will be just a short two house walk to the beach and your beach is not as crowded as other blocks. You are also able to walk to many amenities but not have the noise factor or hustle & bustle of the main drag. House design is perfect for a large group with an inviting main level that is prime for entertaining and dining. Also owner is very easy to work with and provides detailed communications. Would highly recommend this property.

Simply put, this house is located on the best block in Sea Isle. With the beach accessible without crossing a street and given the fact that the Acme and CVS take up a lot of real estate, you will find the beaches are less crowded than most beaches on Sea Isle. The convenience of walking to Acme and CVS, along with Marita's Ice Cream, being three blocks from the end of the promenade - what else could you ask for?!
