This comfortable, clean, spacious, family friendly home is only 2.5 blocks (around 5 min walk) to the beach, promenade and close to downtown Sea Isle City. Quiet area and very convenient! Park the car and walk to restaurants, shops and the beach.

Renovated, well equipped, comfortable home with 4 decks and backyard oasis to enjoy the outdoors. Fully furnished property with all the amenities for a worry free, relaxing vacation. Accommodates 10 people featuring 4 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen, 6 twins - bunk beds, daybed and singles) and 2 full bathrooms. Home also includes off-street parking for 2-3 cars, garage, washer/dryer, private outdoor shower, grill, TVs in each room, Roku streaming devices, beach chairs and 6 beach tags.

This 3 story living includes a renovated kitchen, updated bathrooms, new outdoor living space with a covered gazebo, new decks and lots of natural light. Front door is equipped with keypad entry for convenient access.

We also offer 2 working spaces which include a desk, chair, monitor and printer for easy remote working. In the bunkbed room you will find games, books and puzzles for the kids. Be sure to check in the laundry room for the "Guest Essentials". Take what you need, leave what you don't. Lastly, we offer a few extra blankets and pillows in the front 2nd floor bedroom closet.

7 night minimum Memorial-Labor Day. Saturday check-in/check-out (some exceptions will be made). Note: There are two outdoor security cameras which will be turned off during rentals. However, owners reserve the right to turn on if evidence lease has been broken. Minimum age to rent is 28. Group rentals - all guests must be at least 28 years. Images of licenses must be provided along with signed rental agreement. No parties, strictly enforced

We had a multigenerational, family vacation here. The accommodation was perfect, with plenty of space for everybody. All the different balconies were incredibly useful and the kidults loved the backyard area. Owners were great, very communicative and very helpful. Highly recommend.

A great family vacation in Sea Isle City!

A great place to stay while you are visiting Sea Isle City. This home had every amenity and was in such a great location! We could walk to the beach, the park, restaurants and shops. Our host, Katie was very responsive to all our needs. Would absolutely stay here again!

Peaceful Beach Stay

Another great Sea Isle vacation. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the spacious and conveniently located beach house. Our cars stayed park the entire week as we enjoyed walking to the beach, fish alley, and through the town. Couldn’t have asked for a better beach trip

Perfect Beach Vaca

Another great family vacation. The house is perfect for my large family, and the location is the best. A nice walk to the beach, town, and Fish Alley. The owners provide us with everything we need for the beach, family dinners, and a comfortable hang out spot in the back yard. This was by far our best Sea Isle trip. Thank you

Our family had a wonderful time staying here for our beach getaway! Katie was very welcoming and responsive to make sure our stay was carefree. House description and amenities were as described, the outdoor space was an added touch to gather around after a long day at the beach. No need to find parking to experience downtown Sea Isle City, everything was conveniently located within walking distance! If you’re looking to explore what the city has to offer within close proximity then this is definitely a place to consider.

Fun stay

We had a wonderful stay with the family. My son was home for a short period after a deployment and he was able to connect with friends and family. it is a great location if you are interested let n nightlife. The house was just as stated and we all enjoyed watching football games at the outdoor area.

Fantastic week in Sea Isle!

We had a wonderful stay at Katie and Andrew's Sea Isle home! Listing was exactly as described and location could not have been better. Close proximity to Promenade and beach/shops/restaurants was great. New outdoor gathering area added this year was lovely. Only observations were that the cleaning crew missed a few spots (TV screens in rooms were not cleaned, sink spickets and refrigerator in door water dispenser needed cleaning due to build up, bureau drawer's interior needed a wipe down). Not a big deal...out host Katie was so helpful and informative we didn't bother to mention these issues. Just fyi to pass on to your cleaning staff :) Overall a 5* experience and we would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Perfect Family Vacation!

Beautiful welcoming home! Perfect for our group. Walk or bike to all! Katie is a very responsive host, answered all of our questions in a very timely manner! This was our first time to Sea Isle and we definitely hope to be back again! Would highly recommend this home!

Beach Bachelorette Success!

This house was perfect for planning the brides relaxing beach bachelorette weekend! Plenty of beds and places to relax inside and out between the decks and backyard. Great location walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants. The host Katie was EXTREMELY helpful and responded to all my thousands of questions. Katie did an amazing job with the renovations and decor and we all felt so happy and comfortable in the house. The kitchen was also so well equipped which was also a big plus! Will definitely be staying here again :)

Beautiful house, great location!

The house was very clean and nice. Looked brand new, was just as described in listing. Great location in Sea isle. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops but away from the noise. Katie was very responsive and helpful.

We loved the property! House is beautiful. Great location to all that goes on in Sea Isle. Only negative aspect was the internet connection was spotty. Master bedroom connection was very intermittent. Other than that excellent Quarantine Turn Up Vacation!!!

We've owned properties in town and hosted rental for nearly 7 years, but have been visiting for years. I love hosting and strive to make your stay comfortable, fun and memorable. We love this property for many reasons, but especially the location. It's quiet, but so convenient to shopping, restaurants and of course the beach. Want to avoid summer island traffic? Our street is very easy on and off the island. The bedrooms are also so spacious and you can see glimpses of the ocean and the bay from the front deck. We also are very excited to be upgrading the backyard for 2022 with a much better outdoor living experience and brand new decks for 2023!
