A unique cottage located on the Susquehanna River, great for fishing, kayaking and boating, or whatever you like to do in the water!!!
Located in the woods on a dead-end road, so very little to no traffic!!
We have 2 cameras by the front door and on the garage overlooking the driveway for additional security!!
No cameras in the backyard or the house.

Third time we were staying in this property, and we enjoyed even more, as the host made some nice updates, including split AC, porch table with chairs, night lights ..This private cottage has everything to completely relax and really enjoy by every day. A lot of thanks!

We (two adults and two teens) just spent a weekend at the cottage. The best part of the cottage is that there are two sofa beds in the living room. My daughter and son each got their own bed, which was way better than a hotel room. Also, Andrew is a great host. He responded to my questions timely. The backyard is huge, with lovely swings and a fire pit. Unfortunately, it has been raining during our stay, so we were not able to make use of the yard much. But I can imagine that sitting on the deck or the swing could be truly lovely on sunny days. I am also impressed with the kitchen, which was stocked with everything I can think of. We enjoyed cooking both breakfast and dinner there. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, impeccable cleanliness!!! wonderful backyard!!! only negative point is that it only has one room!!! but I believe he is not renovating other rooms upstairs 👏🏻so me and my friends will definitely come back in the summer

Beautiful location

Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your property. It was a beautiful location that was clean, large yard that leads to the Susquehanna River and about 5 minutes from town. Andrew was east to work with and communicated without a problem. Thank you again Sir

Nice time at river cottage

Nice,huge property next to Susquehanna River,1 bedroom 1 bath cottage very clean with all what yo would need to feel comfortable,like:high speed Wi-Fi,big screen TV,big refrigerator,comfortable king sized bed,nice porch,fire pit with comfortable bench ,wood table,,wood swing seat ..etc - all with beautiful view on the river.Long string of Led lights make you feel comfortable outdoor many hours after sunset.Awesome air quality!Nearby ( 9 min away) - local town with good shopping-restaurants,very nice ,polite people.. On the negative points( at least,for us):across the river is open pit mining and cargo rail road ,producing many times considerable level of noise… Overal,we feel fully rested,having very nice time every day here.

The others are summer cottages and not designed for year round living
