The condo was just right for our family of four! We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen, which had all the appliances and utensils needed. It was an easy walk to the beach in under 10 minutes. The screened-in porch was great as a reading nook or to sip morning coffee. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful condo - good size for our family of 5. Kiawah is one of our favorite family destinations. So much fun to bike to beach, tennis, basketball, playground. Close access to beach via car is limited on Kiawah.

Beautiful well equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. We stayed for a long weekend and with the living room and screened porch there was plenty of room for the tv watchers and readers to enjoy themselves. The hosts are excellent and very responsive to any questions. It also had beach equipment and a reasonable walk to the beach going past the golf course and next to the Sanctuary Hotel. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet stress free vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Tennis Club Villas in Kiawah Island! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made morning strolls and sunset views effortless and unforgettable. The villa itself was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we truly felt at home the entire time. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful landscaping added to the overall charm and made it the perfect place to unwind. We also appreciated how close it was to everything—tennis courts, biking paths, and all the natural beauty Kiawah has to offer. It was the ideal mix of convenience and tranquility. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We enjoyed our stay, and the location was nice for beach access. Overall, the apartment is nice, with the kitchen and living room being well furnished and comfortable. The bathrooms and second bedroom need some attention and maintenance. It was fine for our quick weekend and the price was good for a place on the Island.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and as advertised. There was plenty of room and the screened back porch was nice. The location was great with the beach a fairly short walk along a pretty path. Great bike riding trails nearby as well as the beach for a sunset bike ride experience.
