Bedroom A has a 160x200 bed, Bedroom B has a 160x200 bed and bedroom C has two 90x190 beds. Most of the furniture is new too, like the table and the two large sofas in the living room. The house has two dining rooms, one of them is in the veranda overlooking the garden and sheltered from the sun.
Fiber is installed and wifi works throughout the house.
The air conditioning is new and located in the living room. The bedrooms are not air-conditioned but the house stays cool if you remember to close the shutters in these rooms when you leave.

The garden is closed by two walls and the whole is fenced. The house is in a cul-de-sac which is very little frequented. There is a shaded square 100 m away with benches where it is possible to play pétanque.
