This magnificent villa opens up its spacious grounds for holidays overlooking the sea and the red rocks of the Esterel. With its 5 bedrooms and spacious accommodation, it can comfortably sleep up to 11 people. On two levels, it comprises a vast living room with a beautiful dining room and a large relaxation area with a huge sofa facing the sea. A very large fully-equipped separate kitchen, also with sea views, and a large opening onto the terrace on the north side of the villa (terrace with barbecue). In front of the kitchen, facing the sea, a veranda with a superb view will allow you to enjoy the panorama even in cooler weather. In front of the living room, you'll appreciate the large covered terrace where the view is lost in the blue of the Mediterranean. Also on this level is the master bedroom, with its 180x200 double bed and private bathroom with bath and WC.

On the lower level are the 4 other bedrooms, all with 160x200 double beds, except one which is fitted with a large double bed (180x200) and one single bed. There are also two shower rooms and a utility room.

Outside, the grounds are fully enclosed and there is a large terrace in front of the house with sun loungers and parasols so you can make the most of the pool area and its wonderful sea views. There is ample parking for several vehicles.

The villa is within easy reach of the sandy beach at Anthéor, restaurants and a small supermarket (open in summer). The small railway station is also less than 5 minutes away, with links to St Raphaël, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, etc.
