Magnificent features for this new villa facing the sea, in the private and secure Anthéor estate. It sleeps up to 10 people in comfort, with stunning sea views, air conditioning in every room and a heated swimming pool. Built on 3 levels, it comprises a lovely, bright living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a large dining area, a double bedroom with a 140x200 bed, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a separate toilet. In front of the house is a large covered terrace, enclosed by sliding glass doors, where you can enjoy the splendid view of the sea and the Esterel massif in all seasons.

Upstairs is a lovely bedroom with a 180x200 double bed and en-suite shower room with wc, a mezzanine with sofa bed and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds.

On the lower level is a 4th bedroom with a 180x200 double bed, a 5th bedroom with two bunk beds, a shower room with toilet and a second kitchen area.

Outside, there are lovely wood-panelled terraces, a lovely free-form swimming pool (with alarm) heated according to the season, and the omnipresent sea view.

The sandy beach of Anthéor and the lovely little coves along the seafront are within easy walking distance of the house. Garage for one car, with the option of parking a second vehicle in the driveway or in front of the boundary wall.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).

Great stay in a perfect setting!

The house is located on a steep slope with a wonderful view over the coastline and the Esterel mountains. Excellent furnished bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and open kitchen make this a perfect place to spent a holiday. We enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon drinks on the terrace overlooking the coast. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful house

We were here with our 4 grown up kids and 2 friends. Enjoyed every minute of it. House has everything you need. The view is stunning, the bedroom with direct access to the pool was just great to watch the sunset. I recommend the host.

Great villa and Location

Great villa with views to die for and a nice pool. A large double fridge freezer in the main kitchen and another fridge in the smaller kitchen was really useful to keep all the drinks and food cool. The villa had all the amenities you would need with air conditioning throughout and electronic shutters to make sure you were able to sleep during the very hot weather. Magali made the check in easy and responded to any queries quickly during our stay.

We feel so blessed that we found this villa! Everything was perfect. The communication with the host was easy, fast and our needs were adressed with amazing flexibility. The villa is insanely beautiful, it was renovated 1 year ago with high quality material. From the bathrooms to the beds to the kitchen equipment, outdoor furnitures... everything was well thought out. The view of the villa over the lake is one of the best we ever had in our lives and I hope so much we will come back to enjoy this place again! Highly recommended! Many thanks Magali and Laurent!

Gorgeous South of France view

A beautiful property with an outstanding view. Well appointed, however important to arrange linens in advance at additional cost. Also important to note that grocery stores tend to close by 8pm so be aware of this if you are arriving later in the day. A gorgeous pool. I had a slip and fall on the basement and messed up my shoulder due to pool water on slippery/bare tile, so recommended to the property manager that mats should be laid down. Be careful! Great communication with the hosts and very easy to deal with.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay at this nice summer house with the most stunning view! We liked the area with walking distance to a beach, a little shop at the camping were you can buy necessities, and also there are a bistro nearby. With car you will also reach lovely Agay easily, and Cannes is not far away.The house is very clean and light with five nice bed rooms, and the kitchen is good with everything you need. There is also an annex where you can use the barbecue and eat, it's a covered area. It's not the most beautiful space, it really need som love, but it's a great place to sit and eat at night.We think that it would be so much better to raise the price a bit and include towels and linen instead, and of course, also provide pool towels.Our hosts were super nice and easy to get in touch with. Overall a fantastic vacation Fantastic view! Nice location, and the little shop at the camping site was a big plus. We took morning walks to buy freshly baked croissants! Great kitchen area with everything you need and two fridges. Nice, great sized bedrooms with AC in all of them. 3 nice bathrooms on each floor.- Not enough sun beds for all 8.- The pool is smaller then it looks in the pictures, and the pool area is also small and only have place for 5 sun beds.- Not enough space for 8 people in the lounge sofa outside on the terrace, we would have loved to have at least two need two additional lounge chairs.- The beds were not super comfy, but ok :)

Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Mit 9 Personen, war ausreichend Platz. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. Wir haben diese und auch den Aussengrill häufig genutzt.Den traumhaften Blick, gab es jeden Tag dazu.Wir würden hier wieder einchecken.

Unser Aufenthalt mit Familie und Freunden war einfach super und sehr empfehlenswert.Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist den ganzen Tag atemberaubend.Auch der Infinity Pool war einfach klasse und hatte genau die richtige Größe und Temperatur.Die Villa hatte eine tolle Raumaufteilung und bot allen ausreichend Platz. Die Unterkunft selber war modern und sehr sauber.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Blick

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche in dem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Die Bilder entsprechen auf jeden Fall der Realität und alle Räume inklusive der Bäder sind neu renoviert und sehr gut gepflegt/sauber. Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist traumhaft. Insgesamt ist es sehr ruhig und auch von den Nachbarn bekommt man nichts mit. Auf jeden Fall benötigt man ein Auto. Es gibt einen Campingplatz mit einfachem Lokal und Bäcker vor der Einfahrt zu dem mit Tor/Code gesichertem Wohngebiet. Zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist man 15-30 Minuten mit dem Auto unterwegs. Wer es gerne ruhig mag und selber kocht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Wunderbare Location für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wir haben mit der Familie knappe zwei Wochen in Antheor verbracht und waren begeistert. Einfach zusammengefasst: alles Top, nichts zu beanstanden. Erwähnenswert ist, dass das Haus in einer gesicherten Anlage mit Zugangsbeschränkung liegt. Laurent hat uns bei Ankunft am Tor abgeholt und zum Haus gebracht.

Entspannung pur

Wir haben die Woche mit der Familie sehr genossen, ein tolles Haus mit großartigem Ausblick, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Besonders der beheizte Pool hat uns allen, von Kindern bis Großmutter, viel Spaß gemacht. Durch die Hanglage ist eher weniger Platz, um mit dem Hund herumzutollen, aber das Meer mit Strand ist in wenigen Metern erreichbar und im Herbst kein Problem mit den Hunden. Das Einchecken war entspannt (uns hätte es etwas geholfen, zu wissen, dass man einen Code für das Wohngebiet braucht, aber das ließ sich einfach bei der Ankunft mit Laurent klären -:). Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Vacances de rêve en famille et entre amis

Nous étions 11 personnes en tout, dont 2 familles avec un petit enfant chaque, agés de 1.5 et 0.5 ans. La maison, la lounge, le pool à l’eau salé ainsi que les allentours de la maison et la région étaient parfaitement adaptés aux besoins divergents de notre groupe d’amis. La plage est accessible à pied comme en voiture, au camping accessible à pied on trouve des baguettes et croissants chaque matin ou sinon à 10min de voiture au prochain Spar. La station de train se trouve à 10-15min de marche, nous recommandons de prendre le train pour une excursion à Cannes ou Fréjus. La communication avec Magali se passait en outre très bien et était sympathique. Nos remerciements encore de nous avoir accueilli dans cette maison avec sa vue spectaculaire sur la mer! Sonja & amis

Wonderful stay in great villa

We spent our autumn vacation in this house and can recommend it without hesitaion. The house has a spectacular view and the fotos can‘t show half of it. There is everything you need for a relaxed vacation. Our kids loved the heated pool, this was a big plus, especially as the sun goes away already early at this location in Anthéor. Einfach grandios

Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hauses sind einzigartig. Die Aussicht über die Cotê d'Azur ist sehr schön. Der beheizte Pool (28°) jederzeit, auch im Oktober, nutzbar. Die Terrasse bietet Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit. Die moderne Gestaltung der Räume ist einfach schön und stylisch. Es gibt viel Platz. Die Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig. Dank der Zufahrtsbegrenzung ist die Nachbarschaft absolut ruhig und friedlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
