This third floor unit is ideal for up to 4 people with a choice of shower and bath. Great views from every window and steps away to all kinds of restaurants - the best in Cleveland!
• Enjoy Streaming TV on all 3 4K TV's including the 55inch in the Living Room!
• There are card operated laundry units in the building for a fee per load.
• Condo does not have its own parking but nice well lit parking is available across the street and visible from our unit.
• As this is a condo building with other residents, we ask you to please be courteous to others and respect their privacy - Thank you
• Enjoy being walkable to most things Cleveland including all the sporting arenas!

It's called Shaia's Parking and it's just beside The Grand Arcade. Parking could be an issue during special events. There is also construction demands effecting parking so Parking availability and pricing is never guaranteed - and no reentry
Be aware Downtown Parking is an issue and not cheap! best to Uber from the airport!

✳️We were looking for a quiet, restful setting to share with my aged mother in law, and this charming home hit every note. Peaceful and serene. Completely accessible. Elegant antiques (my fave was the vintage radio). The house is off the beaten track, but delightfully so. And B&C were genuinely thoughtful and responsive. We'll definitely be back.

Other Things to Note:
✹ This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

✹ If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation.

✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in the chute located outside the unit. No cardboard down the chute.

✹ We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as they would their own home.

✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, PETS and SMOKING are not allowed inside the house (e.g. marijuana, vapes, cigarettes, etc.)

✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS 9PM - 7AM "Especially Outdoor"

✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges:

✹ To ensure a seamless check-in and a clear understanding of the rental terms, guests are required to complete the following upon booking confirmation:

✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee

✹ Early Check-in:
If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.
Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.

✹ Late Check-out:
Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare the unit for the next guests.

✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.

✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.

✹Our space includes a laptop-friendly workspace with a table, comfortable seating, and easy access to power outlets—perfect for remote work or catching up on emails.

Guest Access:
For a smoother check-in experience, we kindly request that all guests fill out our check-in form prior to arrival. This form will grant you access to our listing and ensure a hassle-free check-in process. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will promptly send you the check-in form.

We will share very specific guest access with you post booking. You will get instructions on getting in to the main entrance. You will also receive instructions for an App or access code for the door to the unit on the 3rd floor.

• The Warehouse District is a nationally recognized historic district located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. On September 30, 1982, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places as the Cleveland Warehouse District. We are on St Clair between W3rd and W6th above all the restaurants.
• In the first half of the 19th century, this neighborhood was part of Cleveland's original residential area. Later in the century, it became the center of Cleveland's wholesale commercial area, and was occupied by warehousing and distribution terminals for more than 100 years.
• The area is historically anchored by major skyscrapers that echo Cleveland's industrial past.

Directly across the street from the front door there is a parking lot where you can pay to park overnight or by the day/per entrance/exit. The proximity directly across the street makes the parking lot visible from the condo. This is a well-lit pretty safe parking lot but for your security, please make sure to lock your car. Their rates vary based on events and other demand.

There is a small lot at the rear of the building between W 4th and W 6th and is simply called the W 6th lot. The Rear Lot has a kiosk as well as an automated machine. There are a total of 3 parking areas directly adjacent to the Arcade - Parking could be an issue during special events. There is also construction demands effecting parking so Parking availability and pricing is never guaranteed

Perfect Stay for a Relaxing and Convenient Cleveland Getaway!

My brother and I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Cleveland! The relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind and catch up. The home met all our expectations, and the host's communication was outstanding—responsive, friendly, and helpful. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the stadiums, shopping, and great restaurants. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting for a ball game or exploring downtown Cleveland!

Convenient Location & Affordable Price

Overall, we were very happy with this location. Had a little issue checking in - the front doors were undergoing some maintenance. This was clearly communicated to us by the hosts and had next to no impact on our stay. The property was neat, clean, & exactly what we needed. Will stay here again when in the area.

Great Location

Property was modern, updated, clean and easy to access. The beds were very comfy! It was the perfect location for the Brown’s game! Less than a 5 min walk to the stadium! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

The apartment and the property manager were great! Unfortunately the elevator was down so we had to use the stairs but only 2 flights up. The location was perfect. Only half mile to the stadium and less than a mile to Hall of Fame. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Centrally Located

The place was lovely, well equipped and clean. A great location right in the centre of things, walking distance to the ballgame, R&R H0F, museums, great restaurants.

Clean and comfortable condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had two couples and it was the perfect size for us. The condo is also located close to many restaurants and activities.

Great spot for weekend of hoops

Four of us came into town for the NCAA men’s basketball tournament, and we needed a place close to the arena with the ability to enjoy each others’ company while we watched games on the off days. This place was perfect for us, and the property was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and we cooked meals throughout the stay as well. The communication was tremendous throughout the process and we all had a very nice time.The only negative we could come up with was the amount of noise outside of the condo after midnight or before 7 a.m., be it construction or loud voices of those passing by or partying.Definitely not enough to keep this from being a 5-star stay, and we will definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area.

Cleveland Family Vacay

Cleveland exceeded our expectations. We wrapped up our family vacation with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and some delicious food. We stayed in a perfect location for walking around. This apartment was perfect for the three of us. It was very clean and safe. Would recommend staying here with easy access to downtown. The host was super communicative in helping us with our arrival and accessing the WiFi. Great experience!

Great spring break getaway

Property was great. Check in was a little confusing finding some information by text and some information by email, but overall went fine. Short walk to Rock Hall and Hofbrauhaus. Red room needs better light blocking window treatments. Overall a great time!

Sporty Cleveland was a wonderful apartment for 2 couples who wanted get around Cleveland easily. The unit is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owner is easily reached if/when needed and very helpful.

Sporty Cleveland

Great place, great location, plenty of restaurants within a block or two. 15 minute walk in one direction and you're at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse for a concert or basketball game. 15 minute walk in the opposite direction and you're at Browns Stadium, Science museum and Rock and Roll Hall of fame.
