✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.



✹ If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation.



✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.



✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in the chute located outside the unit. No cardboard down the chute.

✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, PETS and SMOKING are not allowed inside the house (e.g. marijuana, vapes, cigarettes, etc.)



✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ To ensure a seamless check-in and a clear understanding of the rental terms, guests are required to complete the following upon booking confirmation:

✔Sign the Rental Agreement



✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee



✹ Early Check-in:

If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.

Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.



✹ Late Check-out:

Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare the unit for the next guests.



✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.



✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.



✹Our space includes a laptop-friendly workspace with a table, comfortable seating, and easy access to power outlets—perfect for remote work or catching up on emails.

🧺 Laundry Access: A convenient laundry room is located on the same floor. Please note that machines operate on a pay-per-use card system, and laundry cards are available directly in the laundry room.

✅ To ensure a smooth check-in, we kindly request that all guests fill out our check-in form prior to arrival. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed instructions for entering the main building and the 3rd-floor unit via app or access code.



📝 Please note: while there is an elevator in the building, we do not list it as an amenity. This is because we cannot guarantee its availability at all times, as its operation is outside of our control.
