NOTE : A refundable security deposit of $250 is required prior to check-in. This deposit is collected at the time of guest completing pre-check-in verification and will be held on your payment method for the duration of your stay.

We provide a Damage Waiver option. This waiver covers reported incidental damage to the property during your stay, ensuring that minor mishaps don't disrupt your visit or your finances. Waiver Fee: A non-refundable of $35 per night is applied to your stay.

Apartment was very nice. Clean rooms, decent beds, coffee, towels, and nice appliances. Description was very accurate. Communication with host was very easy, and I appreciated that he checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay.
