Great location

This property was easy to find, clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Property owner provided access information three days prior to arrival. Located very close to nearby activities.

Wedding weekend

The condo was perfect for our family attending a wedding at Loon Mountain. It was clean and comfortable and just a 4 minute drive to loon Mountain! Highly recommend!

Nice place

The property was clean and quiet. My neice and I stayed for a long weekend. It was basically a place to sleep and relax in the evenings. We walked to breakfast in the mornings and it was close to the attractions we wanted to visit. The only drawback was lack of parking. We couldn't have friends or relatives in the area over or use the condo as a place to meet up and take one car because of the one space per condo limit. Still, it was a very nice place. Ithere the

It was OK

The condo was clean and in good condition. We tried to contact the owner to ask for early check in and didn't get a response. We never got a 'how is it going' from the owner and when we checked out we didn't get any response. The temperature was a little cool and the heat didn't work according to the directions left for us. In all the times we've used VRBO we have never been asked to bring our trash to the local dump. Not a big deal - just different.

Exactly what we needed...

This place was great. We stayed for only a few days, but it was exactly what we could have hoped for and right where we wanted to be so we could explore Franconia Notch State Park, Clark's Bears, the Lost River Gorge & Boulder Caves. It is also less than a 2 minute drive to Main St in Lincoln. If we were not so tire from all the walking we did elsewhere, we would have walked there too. The condo itself had everything needed - always of help. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck for lunch and dinner. Thank you for giving us a great place to stay while making new memories in NH!

Great location, great stay

This condo has 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds + twin bunk beds) and 1.5 baths. The shower has great heat and water pressure, and they gave us lots of towels and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and WAY more kitchen utensils than I anticipated. No matter what I wanted to cook, the tools were there in some cabinet or drawer. There's plenty of living space for hanging out or watching a movie, and there's a nice back porch too. Everything was clean and organized while still feeling like a home away from home. Our host was great. Check in and check out were super easy, the host responded immediately when I had questions prior to check in. The host sent us instructions so we knew how everything in the home worked and where everything was located. A few friends and I spent a week here, and this was a great stay. The condo is walking distance from plenty of shops and restaurants. It's a short drive to lots of gorgeous hiking and skiing locations. The space was super clean and welcoming. This stay is perfect for a family or small group of friends. I HIGHLY recommend this stay to anyone interested in exploring Lincoln, Franconia Park, or any surrounding areas.

Perfect for our needs

We stayed here for a friend's wedding weekend at Loon Mountain, and it was perfect for our needs. Quick walk to the shops and restaurants. Short drive to Loon. Nice to have a grocery store right nearby. Quiet setting. Would recommend.

Clean 2nd story condo. Spacious 2 bedroom. Only recommendation is to bring lots of fans if staying in the summer, our stay fell during a heat wave and the one a/c unit in the kitchen couldn’t keep up besides that great location to downtown. I would rent again if going to area

Nice place nice location!

We were three friends who stayed for a couple of days - overall the property was in a nice location and everything went smoothly. Strongly recommend this particularly for the location as everything was close by.

Great location

Located just off the Main Street in Lincoln, NH. Quick access to many great shops and easy access to Route 93. Great riding and driving in the area too.

Family friendly

When i booked this there was only one other review for this so i also took the chance and I'm glad i did. Very clean and roomy. We appreciated the board games and puzzles. Convenient location. Washer and dryer a plus! Will rent again

Mini Getaway

My family and I rented this property for a mini getaway. We were extremely happy and pleasantly surprised at how big it was . The place was super clean and the owner was amazing, she was very quick to respond to my questions. We will definitely stay there again.

Spacious condo in great location

Great communication with owner, large bathroom and kitchen with supplies, very clean, lots of board games and puzzles for our kids (ages 10, 8, and 6), laundry was a plus, nice balcony on 2nd floor, A/C unit helped cool the condo on hot days. Would definitely stay there again!
