Riverfront Resortの快適な1階建てのマンションで、素晴らしい川の景色を望めます。 ツインベッド2台と小型テレビが備わるベッドルームにつながるホールに入ります。 寝室のすぐ外にはフルバスルームがあります。 分譲マンションの中心部には、広々としたオープンコンセプトのリビング、ダイニング、キッチンエリア、DVD付きテレビ、暖炉があります。 デッキはリビングエリアからアクセスされ、座って川の流れを見るのに絶好のロケーションを提供しています。 マスターベッドルームはリビングエリアの向こう側にあり、クイーンサイズベッド、テレビ、プライベートの室内バスがあります。

夏の間は、近くにある昔ながらの川のスイミングホールで泳いだり、2つの屋外プールの1つで時間を過ごしてください。 夏季にはテニスコートも利用できます。

Exactly as described! The location was perfect—close to all the amenities while still feeling peaceful and private. It was very kid-friendly, and the beautiful view from the deck was a definite highlight. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and falling asleep to the soothing sound of the river. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Clean place with everything you need. Perfect for a quick getaway to the mountains. Great little porch overlooking the river. The kids also enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Nice unit right on the river. Had everything we needed for a great ladies weekend. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for light meals. We got in a lot of hiking on the many trails nearby. I would definitely go there again.

Went for a ski weekend stay with my 20 something children and a couple of their friends. Couldn't beat the convenience of the mountain shuttle stopped right outside our door. Loon is about a 5 minute drive. Plenty of space for sleeping, relaxing and apre ski. Would definitely recommend. Don't miss the Woodstock Inn and Brewery about a 10 minute driveway for homemade root beer.

The location couldn’t be better. We have stayed in different condos in the complex but this one had the best view of the river. The trees are cut back for a beautiful view. The condo itself was clean and the management company is very nice. They have great communication. Kitchen has the basic necessities and the bathrooms were clean. The beds and recliners are comfortable but the couch is not. It is very broken in and low to the ground. It wouldn’t stop me from renting this place again. Overall, it was a great stay in a great location.

Great condo to use as base camp for hiking

Spacious condo with scenic setting. Property very peaceful. Check in was easy. Interesting historic area and easy commute to go hiking in the mountains.

Great Location, Great Condo!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights here with our 8 year old son. The condo is exceptionally clean. The living area comfy, and view of the river was beautiful. This property includes access to Ladies Bathtub, which is a great swimming hole. We went there almost everyday. Loon Mountain is just a stones throw away. Its also not far from Flume Gorge and Echo Lake. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

Located right in the middle of a sweet little town with easy access to lots of White Mountains activities. The condo was spacious for the 4 of us. Parking was easy and close by. Could’ve been cleaner. For instance, there was some leftover toothpaste on the bathroom cabinet and bathroom rugs were musty. Great for people who like hard mattresses. It has good heat but blankets needed to be switched out for winter weather and there were not enough pillows. We would stay here again for the location, but would clarify the above needs before booking.

Spacious, comfy beds and great view of the Pemi sitting on the deck, and easy access to Lady's Bathtub. Nice clean pools as well! The unit itself is outdated and the carpet should be replaced. A couple light bulbs out as well. The portable hose and window bracket for the main AC would not stay in place and there was a big hole in the screen behind it so we just closed that window. This was fine as we didn't need th AC but should be fixed for others who may need it. If the river view and access is what you need this is definitely the spot for you!

Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, we couldn't stop raving about how comfortable the couch and recliner chairs were! Having coffee and breakfast directly riverside was the high light of the stay, perfect location! Loon Reservation was excellent to deal with, check in/out was very easy. 100% we're staying here in the future for another guys weekend!
