Welcome to CasaBlanca in the Heights! Outdoor oasis!! All the old world charm but with modern style and conveniences!
This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has been lovingly renovated from the ground up!
Smack in the middle of Tampa, you will be minutes for all the hot spots. CasaBlanca will be your base camp for adventure!

All House Rules are listed in the Vacation Rental Agreement as well as our "Welcome Guide" all rules are strictly enforced. They are common sense items but have the need to spell it all out(mostly since every rule has been born from someone doing something stupid : )

Most questions can be answered by checking our online WELCOME GUIDE. The link to the WELCOME GUIDE will be sent with your booking confirmation.

The "Admin Fee" is for a Damage protection policy to over your stay. We do not utilize VRBO Damage policies or Security deposits for new bookings after 2/1/2025.

We do have cameras on side front side and rear with cloud recording. While we do not monitor cameras at any time, we will refer to footage in the event of a problem or neighbor complaint.

Nice place, good location

Very nice home. Plenty of room and close to downtown. Plenty of supplies for cooking, etc. hot tub was great! Water does leak out the door in the master bath, which makes a mess, but still a nice shower/bathroom.

Great house near Raymond James Stadium!

Stayed here for the Gasparilla Bowl (Go Jackets!). Location was great and so were the accommodations. Great outdoor space with a hot tub. House updated and very well kept. Lots of space for a family of 4 (and can accommodate more people). Welcome basket was a very nice touch. Very happy with this booking.

Casablanca

Overall, the house had a unique smell that was not pleasing. Not sure if it was due to the age of the home but it was uncomfortable. I'm a TV person so the television not working in the master was an issue for me personally. I did not realize the other two rooms didn't have TV's.

Awesome bungalow

Great location nearby all places we’d planned on visiting over the weekend. All of us felt very safe in the neighborhood…running in the morning and outside in the evening. Hot tub was money during the “cold snap” over the weekend. Coming back for sure. Thanks Laney.

Great place to sleep. Living space is a bit tight.

We had hoped to be able to enjoy downtown area, so this is why we chose the location. Weather prevented that. We were a good 20 minutes from our daughter’s home, so next time, we might choose a larger space closer to her.

Quiet Home with nice finishes

The met our needs well and was close to all the main attractions. The appliances and bathrooms are updated nicely. How can this be even better? It would be nice to solve the ant problem, but it didn’t impact our stay. I would also suggest fixing the floating floor in the kitchen, we torn a few pairs of socks on some that bubbled up.

Unwanted roomates

We had ants for roommates. The ants were everywhere. Had to bug spray. They were even in the sealed sugar bowl.

Best Birthday Ever!

We visited Tampa this labor day weekend to celebrate my husband's 50th (and 51st) birthday, as he had COVID for the big 5-0 last year. We had an amazing time and this booking played a huge roll in making that possible. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! The hot tub was the perfect way to wind down and relax after the long days of playing hard! We hope to have another opportunity to stay again real soon!

Great bungalow

This house is located in a cute neighborhood on a dead end cobble stoned street. It's a ranch home which is convenient. Very well appointed home, updated and quiet. Close to everything you may need. WE would stay here again.

Visiting student UT

We stayed for a girl’s weekend to visit University of Tampa student and location worked out well. The home accommodated the seven of us comfortably. Great indoor and outdoor space. Very cute. Would stay here again!
