House was nice and was close to everything in Tampa. House was clean and surrounding neighborhood was nice and quiet. The second shower was difficult to use due to a panel that was missing upon our arrival. Hot tub was very nice. Shower water pressure is a bit low. Main shower head is a little low for anyone at or over 6 feet tall. Main bedroom fan is also low for anyone at or over 6 feet tall.

Hi Danielle, Just to clarify for future guests.. there is not a panel missing from the show, it is the design. The floor int he shower does not have a step and is even with the rest of the floor. We are looking into putting another glass panel in but I fear that it will cause the shower to be too narrow to enter with the current door. Some things in these older homes can't be changed and are just quirky design. It's frustrating when guest complain or point out things that simply cannot be changed. After all its a short term stay and not your home, some expectations need to be set.

Nice place, good location

Very nice home. Plenty of room and close to downtown. Plenty of supplies for cooking, etc. hot tub was great! Water does leak out the door in the master bath, which makes a mess, but still a nice shower/bathroom.

Great house near Raymond James Stadium!

Stayed here for the Gasparilla Bowl (Go Jackets!). Location was great and so were the accommodations. Great outdoor space with a hot tub. House updated and very well kept. Lots of space for a family of 4 (and can accommodate more people). Welcome basket was a very nice touch. Very happy with this booking.

Awesome bungalow

Great location nearby all places we’d planned on visiting over the weekend. All of us felt very safe in the neighborhood…running in the morning and outside in the evening. Hot tub was money during the “cold snap” over the weekend. Coming back for sure. Thanks Laney.

Unwanted roomates

We had ants for roommates. The ants were everywhere. Had to bug spray. They were even in the sealed sugar bowl.

You never let us know there was a problem. We recently had a lot of rain which could have brought them in. There is spray under the sink and we would have been happy to send pest control over. We cant read your mind or know if there is a problem if you don't communicate. Im sorry for the trouble and we had pest control go out the morning you left to remedy the problem. just like any other home it requires constant maintenance. We do our best . Not sure why you didn't let us know sooner.

Overall, the house had a unique smell that was not pleasing. Not sure if it was due to the age of the home but it was uncomfortable. I'm a TV person so the television not working in the master was an issue for me personally. I did not realize the other two rooms didn't have TV's.

Great place to sleep. Living space is a bit tight.

We had hoped to be able to enjoy downtown area, so this is why we chose the location. Weather prevented that. We were a good 20 minutes from our daughter’s home, so next time, we might choose a larger space closer to her.

Quiet Home with nice finishes

The met our needs well and was close to all the main attractions. The appliances and bathrooms are updated nicely. How can this be even better? It would be nice to solve the ant problem, but it didn’t impact our stay. I would also suggest fixing the floating floor in the kitchen, we torn a few pairs of socks on some that bubbled up.

Best Birthday Ever!

We visited Tampa this labor day weekend to celebrate my husband's 50th (and 51st) birthday, as he had COVID for the big 5-0 last year. We had an amazing time and this booking played a huge roll in making that possible. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! The hot tub was the perfect way to wind down and relax after the long days of playing hard! We hope to have another opportunity to stay again real soon!

Great bungalow

This house is located in a cute neighborhood on a dead end cobble stoned street. It's a ranch home which is convenient. Very well appointed home, updated and quiet. Close to everything you may need. WE would stay here again.

Great Space

Very comfortable minimalistic space. A lot of room for 6 people. Perfect for our stay. Close to downtown, airport and the beach.
