One Bedroom Condominium at the Sunbird.

The Sunbird is directly on the beach.

The Association specifies NO SINGLES UNDER 25 YEARS OLD and No Pets.

You have to purchase a parking pass onsite for $25 and armbands for $3 each.

The Sunbird is located on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, Florida. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with queen size bed, and sleeper couch in living room. The condo has two TVs and a DVR. The condo is on the second floor with a view of the beach and one of the pools. Sunbird offers three well-maintained swimming pools. The Association specifies NO SINGLES UNDER 25 YEARS OLD and No Pets. This is a non-smoking condo but has a nice balcony, which has a Gulf view. The Gulf can also be viewed from the living room. The kitchen has a refrigerator with auto ice, dishwasher, stove, microwave, as well as all pots, pans, and dishes.

Wonderful stay in PCB
Housekeeping could improve their cleaning of floors and surfaces, couch was stained and needs cleaned/replaced - we just cleaned up a little more and covered the couch. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dining ware, condo was close to laundry and very accessible to most any activity we wanted to do Was a wonderful time away with the family. We had a blast.

Location Location 😍😍😍 great view
The condo was just as described, Alan was very prompt With responding. Only problem was the remote was broken in living room, and had trouble changing channels, But I wasn't really there to watch tv, hubby wanted to but, he settled for little tv in bedroom. There are 3 pools, and a great view of the ocean. It is a great condo for families or just a couple. Walking distance to pineapple willys which we also enjoyed. We will definitely be booking again, without kids next time. Lol It was our 9th anniversary, and i cannot think of a more special place to spend it. Thank you

Wonderful stay!
The place was clean and right on the beach. Right next door to Pineapple Willy’s and a Walmart less than 5 mins away. Love the place and hope to stay with Alan again in future!

Best week ever!
This condo was perfect. Easy access on the second floor as well as easy access to the beach. Our host was easy to communicate with and more than accommodating. I'll try to stay in this unit every time i go to PCB from now on.

Love this place!
Condo was so cute! Super short walk to the beach, I loved the private gate—Heated pool was amazing! Super close to anything you want to go do or eat! Very quiet, safe and friendly property. Owners were great with communication!

Sunbird stay
The shower handles are extremely dirty. The counter tops were dirty. There were bugs. They wanted to spray, no notice, and my spouse is allergic to many things and needs to be out of the house for several hours.

Good place for price
Overall decent place to stay for the price as long ad youre not expecting something clean. Sand was all over couches, bed was dirty with sand hair and dirt in it. Mold on bathroom nozzles and shower curtain. Vent in bathroom falling out of ceiling etc. Probably could use some handyman work here and there. Like i said if you dont expect or care if its clean, it really is a decent and affordable condo. That was my only issue was the cleanliness everything else was great - great location to the beach, easy access, manager communicated, close to everything.

Enjoyable stay with a few friends
The condo was as shown in pics and was clean upon arrival. The owner was very helpful and very nice. We all enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Fully equipped kitchen. Jack-n-Jill bathroom to br. Comfy bed. Large living room with great view. Communicative host. Gated parking ($30 per stay). Wrist bands $5 per stay. Beautiful beach.

Nothing fancy but very comfortable and clean!
We had a wonderful time! The condo had everything we needed. There was a few things that could use some attention but overall it was amazing for the price! We are working on booking again for next summer!

Condo was clean and bed was comfortable. Beautiful pool area and beach. The water was a beautiful turquoise the entirety of our stay. Condo is walking distance from anything you need

Great location
Location was good, view was as listed. Needs lots of work inside and needs a deep cleaning and repairs.kitchen is very inconvenient, no where to put anything, fridge, oven and dish washer doors hit each other . Dish washer isn’t connected to counter and leans forward when you open the door . Bathroom vanity doors were hanging off, mold on shower curtain, we used a can of Lysol on everything..But location was good!!
