One Bedroom Condominium at the Sunbird.

The Sunbird is directly on the beach.

The Association specifies NO SINGLES UNDER 25 YEARS OLD and No Pets.

You have to purchase a parking pass onsite for $25 and armbands for $3 each.

The Sunbird is located on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, Florida. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with queen size bed, and sleeper couch in living room. The condo has two TVs and a DVR. The condo is on the second floor with a view of the beach and one of the pools. Sunbird offers three well-maintained swimming pools. The Association specifies NO SINGLES UNDER 25 YEARS OLD and No Pets. This is a non-smoking condo but has a nice balcony, which has a Gulf view. The Gulf can also be viewed from the living room. The kitchen has a refrigerator with auto ice, dishwasher, stove, microwave, as well as all pots, pans, and dishes.

the overall property was nice and convenient to the beach. However the unit wasn't to pleasing. Everthing needs to be updated. The beds, comforters ,lamps,tvs and dishwasher. The blinds in the bedroom needs to be changed. They're very dusty. Smart tvs should be in the rooms. Dvd players are very out of date and i doubt if anyone is thinking to grab dvds for vacation. The room entry is out of date. Trying to keep up with a key while trying to enjoy the beach is insane. The room was comfortable enough but it didnt give beach or vacation vibes. It was giving Budget Inn extended stay vibes.

Great location on the beach. Very easy to park and to get to the room. A big plus for my wife and I is that it’s right next door to pineapple willey’s.

There was an old mildew smell throughout our stay. We ended up having to by febreeze which helped very little. We didn't reach out to the owner because this condo is old and outdated. Renovations definitely need to be done. And it needs better housekeeping. The price and location was good.

Sunbird is a great property. The beach is awesome as are the 3 clean pools. 212W worked for us. We packed in the groceries and booze along with our chairs and and did not leave the property for 5 days. It is a little dated however the bed and pillows were comfortable. Can't beat it for the price.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay! The condo is a bit of an older place, but was great as far as cleanliness and location! Communication was thorough and the process was easy. The view is great and just steps from the sand would definitely stay again!

My husband and I had a great time. The condo was great. The only thing I did see as a very small issue was that we had to clean the drawer in the bedroom to use them. They really need a good cleaning. Other than that, great place with a beautiful view!

Steps To The Beach

Condo building is right on the beach. It takes around 90 seconds to walk from the front door to the beach. The apartment has a nice side view of the beach. Beautiful sunset view. 2nd floor unit. Size of the condo is very comfortable for the two of us. Many amenities (newly renovated tennis court also work as 2 pickleballs with paddles and balls provided.) Heated pool, BBQ grills/table and gym can be seen from the living room/balcony and are within a 60 second walk. Gated parking lot and fence around the premise. Host is fast in replies and communicates well. Had a great time!
