Beautiful home! Very open, roomy and super clean. We really enjoyed our stay over New Years and especially took advantage of the pool table, card table & ping pong table!! Used the SHARC passes for swimming in the indoor pool which the kids absolutely loved. The customer service Arrived provided was wonderful - asked if we could check in a couple hrs early and they accomodated. We also discovered that the heating system was not working so we contacted Arrived and they immediately helped trouble shoot until it was determined that dead batteries in the wall thermostat were the problem. They told us where extra batteries were stored and the issue was solved! There are a few appliances that could be upgraded but they were in working order so it was not a problem. More lighting thoughout the house could be added - it was pretty dark in some areas including bedrooms. It would be nice to possibly put ceiling fans with lights in them in all rooms to brighten things up - especially at night. We absolutely loved our stay and will 100% be back at a future date! :)

Our host, Jennifer at Arrived, was very welcoming and checked in with us a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything. Everything was as expected or better! We had everything we needed; clean and in working order! We especially enjoyed the pool table, card/game table and kitchen! Also, some of us had to attend virtual work meetings and the WiFi worked great for that! Thank you so much! We will love to come again sometime!

Great place to stay with friends/family and kids. Close to park and Lots to do. Lots of room. Cozy and had all the amenities- tennis rackets- hot tub walkable distance to village and the bikes were great- was nice that the kitchen was stocked with the basics to cook (pans salt oil). Games and game table. Just a great place to stay.

This house has good space for 12 people. The pool table and game table were nice to have.The kitchen appliances are old. The carpet needs replacing. If they upgrade some things we let them know about this house has potential of being great. The location is good.

Great getaway

The property was large enough to accommodate our group of 12 people. We had an issue with the bbq the first night of our stay and let the property managers know and had a new one within a few hours. This would be someplace we would stay again

Winter vacation

Great house with lots of room. Only negative was that the oven and pots and pans were in need of an upgrade. When I informed the owner at the end of our stay I was told they would look into things, so hopefully the kitchen will be in better shape for the next guests.

Wonderful home to enjoy family time in Sunriver over the holidays

Loved the layout. Big open spaces, but potential for separation as folks wanted to do different activities. Pool table, ping pong, well appointed kitchen, and good media options we're all awesome, and made the place a winner compared to other homes we've stayed in SR. Our only issues were that the hot tub (tho well maintained and pleasant) was in an enclosed and covered room, and the appliances were super dated (tho, again they all worked well).

Good for a weekend trip

Excellent property and was as advertised. The only thing that could really be improved would be updating cook top, cooking was a bit more difficult than expected, but we made it work.

Property was dated, but perfectly fine for a single family or guys trip. Good central Sunriver location, right in the middle of everything. Needs updating and bigger tv's. House had both fireplaces under construction which led to a discounted rate that I had to ask for because I wasn't informed until 8 days before we were set to make the trip that they wouldn't be completed in time, which is half of the reason for it not getting all 5 stars. Other reason aside from the dated appliances/furnishings was it was dusty.

This is a great place!

Convenient location! Paddle boarding in local lakes, and river- close to Mountain bike trails- we tried some blue trails and they were awesome! Close enough to Bend to enjoy some shopping and eating there when we wanted.

Great spot for a big group

This was a great house to stay in with a large group. There were 11 of us and we all slept comfortably and were able to gather in the open living/dining rooms together without feeling tight on space. We especially enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables! The house was clean and the kitchen was full of all the plates, cups, and pots and pans we could ever need. The only downside was that the carpet provoked allergies for several in the group. Otherwise, it was a beautiful stay and made it easy to spend a day at the Painted Hills and explore the high desert!

Perfect for us

This was a great place. so much room for all of us. great, quiet neighborhood. the house itself was way better than we expected. everything we needed and more. we went to snowboard/ski for the week and it was perfect. the hot tub was awesome to relax in after a day of skiing. we really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotub. definitely recommend and will be back.
