We do want to address your concerns, and we’re sorry that we didn’t have the opportunity to resolve them during your stay. Had any of these issues been brought to our attention during your visit, our team would have been happy to assess and rectify any concerns right away. We take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests, and we are sorry we didn’t have the chance to ensure your comfort during your stay. Regarding the pests, our condo receives quarterly pest control, and in a tropical environment like Maui, heavy rains or leaving food out can unfortunately attract pests. We do our best to minimize this, but we appreciate your understanding. We also appreciate your feedback on the deep cleaning and will bring this up with our team to ensure we're maintaining the highest standards. We always strive to provide a very clean and comfortable space for all our guests. As for the air conditioning, we understand that the timer feature may not have been ideal for your comfort, and we will take this into consideration for future improvements. Grand Champions 61 is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, conveniently located just steps from the pool and BBQ area, with easy access to the Shops at Wailea for great dining and shopping. The condo is also a short drive from some of the best beaches on the island, making it the perfect home base for your Maui getaway. While we clearly communicate in our arrival information that we do not replenish amenities during a stay, we understand that this may not be ideal for every guest. When this guest expressed their dissatisfaction, we took immediate action to have additional amenities delivered at no extra charge to ensure their comfort during their stay. We aim to be responsive to our guests’ needs and have since updated our communication to include a detailed, itemized list of amenities to avoid future misunderstandings.
