We offer, in Cers, this charming air-conditioned house of a surface of 84 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 39 m², open plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 100 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- A living room of 39 m² with TV, a sofa and a dining table.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A shower room with double washbasin
- A separate toilet

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1 and 2 : a double bed with a dressing room
- Bedroom 3: two single beds with a dressing room

Enclosed exterior :
- A beautiful garden of about 100 m².
- A terrace of 13 m² with an electric blind and furniture to enjoy the nice days

The house is ideally located in Cers, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house (1 space) with secure gates.
- Possibility of parking outside the residence (public parking lot).
- Possibility of recharging your electric car, on request, for an extra 5 euros per day for access to the socket.

- Nearest train station: Béziers station (17 min)

- Pets accepted on request, for a supplement of €20/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. You are responsible for the cleanliness of your pet, and any damage caused by it may result in the retention of your deposit.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
