Office space/third bedroom is included for those who need a work area and sleeper sofa for 2. This, coupled with cable, streaming services, two Apple TV's, and WiFi. Got laundry? There's both washer/dryer. A two car garage is included. This gated community includes a community pool, hot tub, and BBQs. There's a bike path adjacent to the community that will take you along the water's edge. Walk to the water and breathe in the salt air just two blocks away. Parks and open spaces nearby complete the scene. Your home away from home! Your happy place.

This property is conveniently located; great area to take a walk/run. Proximity to Spinnaker Cove, Marine Stadium, parks, and bike paths. Not only will you love the area, you will feel quite at home - large home with lots of square footage, yet still cozy. Gated community boasting a community pool and hot tub. A real find!
