There's both washer/dryer. A two car garage is included. This gated community includes a community pool, hot tub, and BBQs. There's a bike path adjacent to the community that will take you along the water's edge. Walk to the water and breathe in the salt air just two blocks away. This property is conveniently located; great area to take a walk/run. Proximity to Spinnaker Cove, Marine Stadium, parks, and bike paths. Not only will you love the area, you will feel quite at home - large home with lots of square footage, yet still cozy. Gated community boasting a community pool and hot tub. A real find!
